I received poor customer service from the parts department from a specific person named Peter on 3 separate occasions. I was looking for a simple serpentine belt tensioner and this gentleman gave my father and I an attitude. Honestly do not think I will be giving my business to this place again from my bad experiences.

Danbury VW has been a gem over the last few weeks as I've dealt with them twice. My 2003 VW was experiencing some strange electrical draws that local mechanics couldn't diagnose. I should have gone here all along. Both of my experiences, I've dealt with Olivia, service advisor, who has been amazing. She has been pro-active and prompt in all of her communications with me (both phone and email), and even arranged for me to have a loaner car this week as my car's part had to be ordered. Everyone I've dealt with including the senior mechanic has been professional and friendly. Since the first visit two weeks didn't fix the problem at hand, I asked for and received a satisfactory discount on this week's work, which was much appreciated. Can't say enough nice things about the team here. They've been thorough with my car's issues and have been honest - even trying some things to save me money before proceeding. They will definitely be my first stop for my VW needs in the future.

Cant say enough about the service I receive at this dealership. If it weren't for Jesse and Mark, I think I might have lost my cool during a recent service. They ALWAYS take time to explain any issue to me and go beyond normal service to think "outside the box" to assist me. Thank you for treating me like a truly valued customer! You know Im a NO "BS" girl, and I appreciate the both of you being "stand up" men. You always keep your wordas do I! xo

Very friendly and knowledge staff, buying a new Volkswagen? Then ask for John B! Nice selection of new vehicles, some inside the building. Cute play area inside for kids by the adult sitting area with complementary coffee, snacks. Take a test drive!
