  Bought a car from here recently. It needed to get some work done and I was told by the seller and the owner that they could get the part in the next day and it wasn't even that big of a problem. I took my car the following day and then after a whole day there, they said they couldn't get the part and they'd call me when they did. They called to say it'd be a while to get it, but they'd call me. A whole month goes by, and they said they'd only give me 30 days for a warranty, so I called, a little upset that they just had me waiting. They agreed to service the car in the following day after having a small dispute with the owner, which involved him cussing at me after spending nearly 6 thousands dollars with them. I pick up the car the next day only to find out they masked the warning light on my car and didn't even install the new part and at the same time, giving me a receipt for something that wasn't even done. They legit don't care about you or your car after they take your money, do not buy from here!

  Awesome service and the staff was very helpful. All my concerns, wants wore addressed and they made me feel like family. Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable and they took their time. I did not feel rushed or presssured, and the car I purchased is a perfect fit for me. I was also offered a competitive price for my trade in. I appreciated the professional service and highly recommended East Coast Auto Sales. When I am in the market for another vehicle I will go back to East Coast Auto Sales! Five Star Service

  This is the worst car I have ever purchased. Even though I took it to a mechanic, there were major problems and I have paid what the car cost me to buy in the first place within 1 year and a half. They just smile and say as is. Never go here unless you are a mechanic

  THIS PLACE DESERVES NO STARS!
  
  Just a little about my story, i bought a 2006 jetta from here for 3,500 that didn't even last me a year. I had to sell it for not even half the price. They give you 2 months warranty but little did i know the entire muffler was falling appart, of course i only knew this 4 months after getting the car. Not only that but the sensors were not working following the breaks and problems just when on and on. If you are looking to be ripped of and taken advantage of this is the right place. Their cars are overly expensive and they will tried to squeeze the life out of you for a car thats not even worth half of what they are selling it for. Please do yourself a favor and stay awayfron this place. You've been warned

  I bought a Subaru Impreza from East Coast Auto April of 2016. At first I was extreamly excited, but with in the first week of buying this car it started to have problems. With in three months of having the car I had to replace the brakes, replace the gas pipe, my muffler had broke, my wheel baring had to be replaced, my gas sensor broke, my brake cylinder needed replaced, and my shocks where bad. The mechanic I took my car to told me that someone had JUST tried to fix my muffler and cover it up, but did so poorly. I explained to Ray my situation, and instead of offering help he told me that with in his own company he had an employee steeling and lying from him. Ray did offer to help fix my car at a discounted rate, but it was only minorly discounted. Since his mechanics checked my car out before I bought it I did not trust them. I sent Ray a couple emails trying to figure out my car situation, at he sent me a couple unprofessional emails, the emails had a lot do typos and where not even finished. I had spent a lot of time thinking about what to write in the email, hoping he would offer some kind of sullition. He did not offer any help other than I could use there mechanic shop at a discounted rate. Then he told me that I should just buy a new car if I want something with out problems. If you decide to buy a car here MAKE SURE to have your own mechanic triple check everything. Don't take these guys word for anything.

  This is the best place to purchase a car. They are very knowledgeable and will not dismiss any of your questions or concerns. Ray and the fellas have redefined the term "Used Car Salesman" in a positive way they are the good guys. They go above and beyond the call of Duty to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We have purchased multiple cars recently for various members of our family and they have never steered us wrong. You can NOT give wrong by purchasing a car at East Coast. They are a good group of people and have away of making you feel like family!

  These guys are THE BEST! They treat us like Family. Ray, "cousin" Vinnie, and Scott are simply SUPERB. They are HELPFUL, PATIENT, and very UNDERSTANDING. No pressure here. We've bought 2 cars and about to get 2 more. I can't say it enough times These guys are THE BEST!
