Danbury Porsche is a fantastic dealership! I went there months ago in search for a new Cayenne. My sales man Van Kolton was amazing and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly how to evaluate all my needs and expectations. The sales manager Chris Partelow was very generous and they gave me an awesome deal. Arranged the lease of my first Porsche, a new Cayman, with Scott over the phone and via email. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Cayman and the Porsche brand. He helped me complete a majority of the paperwork before I made the 6 hour drive up to them and had the car prepped for me ahead of time. It was a quick, painless, and transparent purchase experience. Above and beyond that, Scott proved to be more than a sales person, he takes a genuine interest in his customers and his passion for the brand shows. I highly recommend going to see Scott!

My experience at Danbury Porsche was nothing but remarkable. Scott Doty (Sales) & Jim Ceccarelli (Finance) we're beyond accommodating. I always asked a million questions before I buy and this time I didn't have to. Scott was very straight forward with no BS. When it came time to do the paperwork it was and in and out process. I wasn't coaxed into 400 warranties and extra I don't need. Jim went over a few things he thought were important, and i thought the same. I don't anticipate buying another Porsche soon but when the time comes, I know where I'll be headed.

I have to say my entire experience with Danbury Porsche has been perfection all the way. Despite that I had to wait months for my 2016 Macan -- (it wasn't available anywhere) from the day I got the car, to having it serviced, bending over backwards for a part recall) checking in with me about service and just being so accessible to us -- I truly have never had such a great car experience. (Sorry Audi) Gary Minsky has been a top professional,"know all" about Porsche cars and just a great person to deal with. He has really taken extra good care of us -- and I am happy to give friends and colleagues his contact information. If you want to drive, own, lease or check out a PORSCHE -- go see Gary. Trust me.

I would give 6 stars if I could. I've been coming there for a few years now and after buying a handful of used and new Porsches I can only say it's a dealership with integrity and that's hard to find. Especially my last new car order wasn't easy but they got it all done. Scott and Jim are great to deal with. Just a very pleasant experience time after time. Great service overall. A+

After an initial mishap with their appointment scheduling system that caused some consternation, I have to say that I received absolute 5 star treatment after I received my appointment. Jim promised to look into the scheduling mishap, Jeff handled some questions I had about service very professionally, and Ben greeted me as I arrived in a very friendly and professional manner. The waiting area is pristine and comfortable and they provide espresso, coffee, bottled water, and even some free snacks like bananas and cliff bars! While I was waiting, Ben came up and showed me some pictures of my car representing areas that needed to be addressed and stated what the costs would be to address them at my current service appointment. WiFi and power outlets were available so that I could conduct business via VPN to my work place. I had requested that my old parts be returned to me and the service tech even labeled which cylinder each spark plug came out of! I didn't even request that so the service was way above and beyond what was expected. I applaud Ben, Jeff, and Jim for fostering a wonderful customer experience.

We stumbled across this gem of a place completely by accident. I had no idea there was a Porsche dealer in Danbury, right by the mall! I just purchased my first Porsche and I'm in love with it. I cannot say enough nice things about Scott Doty, my wonderful kind sales rep. Scott was so helpful, friendly, and patient with me. He spent a lot of time answering my endless list of questions and never seemed annoyed. He seemed truly happy to help. His knowledge about the line was vast- he easily answered every single question I had. Scott was perfect; he is the ideal person you would want to purchase your car from. The customer service I received from Scott really went above and beyond my expectations. If you are thinking about buying a Porsche, please come to this location! All the staff here are exceptionally nice. You won't be disappointed. And for sales, make sure to ask for Scott! You'll thank me later :)
