We were helped by a guy that was able to help us find just the right couch! The only thing that has not been a positive experience was being told how long it would take for our sofa to come in. It was supposed to be in stock this week. I had received a msg regarding our couch
Was told it would be in this week, either at the beginning up till midweek. On Tues I had not heard anything yet so I called in & was told it would not be in until next week

I have to say the employees made it easy to shop here. The gentleman that helped me knew exactly what I wanted and was very accommodating. His name is Paco and I highly recommend you see him if you want to get excellent customer service while shopping at the best furniture store in Wichita.

I love Furniture on consignment. I have shopped their store for years and years. We had an especially good experience yesterday with Travis, But I've always thought their sales people were extremely Polite and helpful.

Excellent service. We've bought our furniture at Furniture on Consignment since we moved to Wichita in '98. We looked at a couple of the fancier stores, and they looked down their snooty nose at us, even though we had the money to spend. Over the years, we've bought kitchen sets, our bedroom set, kids bedrooms sets, a couple living room sets, and odds and ends. Great experience each time. This particular time, both Celeste and Stephanie were very patient and helpful in getting us set with new LR furniture. Best store in Wichita, I'd say, time after time, for the 20 years we've been here!

I've had several encounters with Trent at Furniture on consignment. He is INCREDIBLE! He's always attentive, listens to my needs and finds a suitable solution. He's even helped rectify situations from other sales reps, without the need to get credit, just because it was the right thing to do. That's hard to find in today's society and business. Trent is officially our "furniture guy" from here on out. I will not buy from anyone but him. That said, I enjoyed chatting with Bri and Jennifer, as they were both incredibly helpful and friendly, even though they weren't selling me anything. On my way out, I met the manager, Lonnie, who also was very cordial. Took several minutes to find out how the service was and if I was pleased with my prior purchases. Thanks for all the hard work. Respect, integrity and transparency are values to live by and all of these were exemplified during my visit.

They have always been very good to us and helped us anyway they could. It's a great place to shop and buy furniture. They sell your used furniture in their consignment area and you can get a little money back that way.

Wichita furniture/furniture on consignment was a great experience this weekend. Anna met me and my daughter at the door with a smile and I changed my selection about six times and Anna did not one time make me feel like I was putting her out. She actually I felt like eight times went above and beyond what I even expected kudos to you Anna I will definitely be back

My husband and I purchased multiple pieces of furniture in August of 2016 we were happy with the sale and delivery until we moved this weekend and the customer service person named Eric treated us like we were stupid.. The moving company we hired could not get the bed we purchased apart to move ( needed special tools and instructions, that Furniture on Consignment never leaves with the customer), this company had a tech come out to take apart but it is on me to move. The customer service here is terrible! Any issues with product they will treat poorly
