I've had a bad experience with this location. Customer service was not up to par, and I strongly feel that some of their employees treat people of color differently. Kyle, one of their supervisors, compensated the best he could for my unfortunate events. They have beautiful furniture. However. I wish I could have given them 5 stars. Customer service is needed to make the customer feel their product was beneficial.

Jessica was so much help! Really listened to what we were looking for and gave us different options based on our budget and style. Visited multiple furniture stores and ended up purchasing all of what we were looking for from Ashley’s! We’re so happy! And excited for our new funiture!

We had a great experience at Ashley HomeStore Wichita West. Peter C. greeted us and quickly showed us he was the sales associate for us. He was knowledgeable about everything we looked at and quite helpful. Peter listened to us and we never felt pressured. We even stayed past closing on two different evenings trying to figure out what we really wanted (sorry!). Buying furniture is not on our list of favorite things to do, but we actually had a good time thanks to a gracious and easy going sales associate. Thanks, Peter!

The employees there are amazing, to say the least. Anne S, the woman that helped us, was absolutely amazing. She made us feel comfortable and welcome. She got us an amazing deal on a recliner that my family loves already. I would definitely recommend not only shopping here, but I would also refer them to Anne.

My girlfriend and I are very pleased with our experience. We were referred to the store by friends who purchased earlier in the day due to the Labor Day sale. They too were helped by Tyler W. while shopping. He was very helpful but not the least bit pushy with us. If you have any furniture needs give them an opportunity and request Tyler.

Had a great shopping experience here! Our salesperson was so friendly. Made the experience easy and quick. Our furniture was delivered in a timely fashion, and the delivery gentleman were professional. Would definitely buy here again!

Tyler was our salesman and Kyle was the manager on the day we purchased several items from Ashley. They were both amazing!!!! They both did a really good job helping us find what we were looking for, they were honest and great to work with. Both of their outgoing and up beat personalities make us want to go back and work with both of them again on our next purchase. Crystal helped us finalized all of our paperwork and she was great!! She was very friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. We felt very at ease working with the Ashley team and we will definitely go back again to the 21st and Maize location.

I think it has finally come together with the help of your awesome staff at the West 21st store in Wichita, KS!! Everyone was so helpful and friendly.shout outs to Store Manager Kyle and sales associate Bill who got the ball rolling. An extra special shout out to sales associate and interior design guru Anne Speer who picked up the ball and scored the winning touchdown!! Anne listened to my ideas and made suggestions on what she thought might work to help me complete my look and add a nice textured design element that is also functional. I picked up my poufs and lamps last night and the room makes me happy! The poufs were a great alternative to a traditional ottoman and Anne had that vision with her design background!! 💗💗 my new furniture from Ashley Home Store!!

Was told my furniture would arrive in 2-4 weeks. Just got told (a week later) that part of it would not be until at least 6 weeks. Wanted me to pay a second delivery fee for the backordered part. I asked to have that waived. Employee was not sympathetic and said they had to talk to a supervisor. I was promised a phone call this evening. No phone call happened. I'll be calling them tomorrow demanding to cancel the order and a full refund. I'll be shopping elsewhere.

BobbyWayne Watson (BMW) is AWESOME!!!!! He is not high pressure, he consciously searches for what the customer needs. I had no intention of buying, I was only looking, however, I ended up purchasing three pieces of furniture of which I am extremely happy. He strives to meet even your smallest needs. BMW listens intently and picks on subtle cues during conversations. Upon leaving I felt as if I had made a new friend rather than conducted a business transaction. Because of BMW I will consider Ashley Furniture for future purchases.

Wonderful service from Tyler! I went in multiple times because I was unable to make up my mind. Finally chose what I wanted, but once it was delivered I decided it wasn't a good fit for my living room and what I was using it for. Embarrassed, I called Tyler back confessing I'd made a mistake. He made me feel very comfortable and was there to help me solve my dilemma. Each time I went in he was attentive without being pushy. Nice young man. Thankyou Tyler!

I went Black Friday shopping with my daughter at Ashley. It was a wonderful experience with the help of Sales Associate Tyler Wilson. He helped me find the perfect mattress and box springs. I highly recommend shopping at Ashley Furniture Homestore.
