  The first guy they sent out had no idea what he was doing and said my furnace was under my house, it's an older ac/heater all in one unit. Terry came out to look at my furnace at my property, gave me the quote which I thought was too high, so I asked him to put my unit back together so I can get a second opinion and to charge me his service call fee. He pulled the part out of the unit so the other guy can't get parts numbers on it and left the unit in parts. I would highly stay away from these people.

  My furnace was not working and call appliances doctor and they came out that morning and had to replace my furnace and done it in a guickly manner, I highly recommend them and they were very informative

  Mr Conway came and repaired my mother in laws air conditioner whn I was in town. They came to her house quickly and had the situation straightened out in a timely fashion. I thought the pricing was very fair for the time they spent working.
  When leaving everything was explained and the work area was cleaned.
  I would highly recommend Appliance Doctor to my friends and family.

  Came out same day called. Mike Lain diagnosed problem, ordered part, returned next am & completed repair. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly. Gave us helpful suggestions. Will definitely call again.

  The point the company is missing. They never spent the time to properly inspect the heater to problem solve ALL the issues it has. they just spent 20 minutes in total in side the house and tryed to fix the 1st thing he could find wrong and neglected to look for more problems . Which lead to more calls asking for more help. Never once did they stay to even see if the unit would come up to temperature. And to make the situation worse they said they would come back out and never showed up. Did not even call to say anything.. or to make another date and time. Do not trust this company if you are elderly and have health problems they do not care about the wellbeing of people at all.

  READ OTHERS REVIEWS TOO! I bet the only good reviews are from fake accounts. Worst customer service EVER! Called On Friday, told I'd get callnope. Called Monday & was scheduled For Tuesday. Was told I'd get a call & if not reached would call my wife. NEVER called. I call them & the guy does nothing but argue. "You didn't call us For 5 days". BRO, I work for a cell company. You want call records? You know good & well your guy didn't call. You should be more concerned about your employees & less with making them prove they really do their job! The other bad reviews are the same. I feel like these people are scum
