I want to thank the team working on Saturday 1/9/21. We were without heat and working on a furnace blower fan issue. The individual I worked with was patient and informative helping me through the issues. The exact parts needed were not in stock but they helped me temporarily solve the issue by providing me with a solution. Not to mention a little break on the price based on all the parts I had to purchase. Thank you Washer Specialties!

Took in a $50 part I thought was bad. Employee checked it, said it was good and sold me the $10 part I needed. He could have easily sold me what I thought I wanted and my machine would not have worked.

I had a sudden break on my heater last night and had to rush to washer specialties at the last minute. I had called and let them know that I was on my way from a town south of Wichita and that I was hurrying. They were nice enough to keep the doors open for me a couple minutes past their closing time so I could get my part. Thanks to their generosity, my family was able to stay in our warm home last night. I cannot thank them enough.

Wonderful customer service and excellent prices! My dryer stopped heating and I knew nothing about repairing it. I called another parts place first and not only were they not helpful but their prices were almost twice as much! I spoke to LaConda at Washer Specialties and, not only did she explain what the problem might be but she didn't act like I should know all about the dryer repair. Thank you so much!

Had the part that I needed to fix my home A/C. Called a few other places in town and they where double to triple the price for the same part. Walked in to the shop and was helped at the counter with in a few minutes. They had quite a few customers. They grab the part I needed and I was on my way out the door. This will be my go to place for all of my D.I.Y home fix it parts.

Only one experience and nothing good to say. Went in Saturday to buy a transformer got one that was supposed to work but different wiring. Guy handed my a part with a completely destroyed box said wire it per the schematic on the unit and took my $38 dollars.

Went home googled the part - $16 - SAME Brand. Still wasn't sure about the wiring differences - went back Monday for some help. Got someone who "has worked here for ten years" he ended up asking customers at the counter for help.

I returned the part which is the one good thing they did, drove around the corner to Johnstone's and bought the same thing (different brand) for $14 and change and got a sound explanation on the install difference.

I am not a contractor, just a simple aerospace engineer, so my money and time are with the competition

My AC went out on our home on a Saturday. I phoned them to see if they had the fan motor I needed. They did but they were closing up within just a few minutes. These folks were kind enough to stay open for a bit, after they closed. Once i got there they could not have been more courteous. They allowed my family the ability to stay cool and away from the dangerous heat.
