I had two new water heaters installed at my home. The service technician was very professional and the work was performed in a professional manner. HOWEVER, one of the new water heaters that was installed was defective and now I am on the fourth day with no hot water from that heater. The installer says that it is a warranty issue with the manufacturer (on a NEW unit that has never worked yet), and I have no way to contact the manufacturer and have not been able to get any further support or even a follow up response to my support request. When I have called the company the representative who has answered the phone has not been able to help me, and has promised that someone will call me back but until now (day 4) nobody has contacted me after daily calls to their support team.

The electrician was very nice and very knowledgeable. He did a great job installing my new exterior house lights, one of which required chipping away a bit of stone to install it. They look great and he answered several electrical questions I had about the house as well. Many thanks!

02/22/2021 thanks to a terrible winter storm we had water pipes break. Fox team arrived as fast as they could. Steve arrived to take care of the pipes and get the water back online. Fox team has always provided outstanding support and service. We will continue using Fox Services for all our home maintenance needs. Thanks Team!!

In April 2017, Cody arrived to ensure our A/C was working properly. He was the most professional service tech that we have ever encountered. He explained every detail and provided us with valuable information regarding our system and ways to improve its efficiency. Great job Cody.

Robert and Stetson were an unbelievable help tonight! I’d been having electrical issues in my new home for months and no one was actually repairing the problem. Finally, today the power went out. After dealing with other companies for hours, I called Fox and Robert and Stetson were at my house within the hour. They diagnosed the issue fast, repaired the AWFUL issue right away, and were just overall so easy to work with. So so grateful for both of them tonight!! Thanks guys!! You’ve relieved a whole lot of stress of my end tonight with your expertise.

Eric Debney ROCKS. He's the reason I call Fox, because I request him every time. He's kind, trustworthy & knowledgeable. I value how he helps us maintain and repair our units rather than pushing us to replace the whole thing when it's not necessary. This increases the longevity of the product and the environmental impact of keeping more units out of the landfills! Thank you, Eric! Thank you, Fox for hiring such incredible people.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and level of service that the technician demonstrated. Our A/C, Heating system had stopped working. Daniel Toney arrived, assessed the problem, determined the fix and had us up and running the next morning. Daniel kept us informed and worked with the company to be sure that we were well taken care of. I will unequivocally rely on Fox in the future.

Our furnace would not turn on.
I called Fox and got an appointment for the next day.
The technician arrived promptly.
He was thorough in locating the problem (knew what he was doing).
He performed several tests after he installed the new part.
I highly recommend Fox Service Company for home heating problems.
I have used Fox Service for several years for repairs and preventive maintenance of our heating and AC systems and intend to continue. Byron.

We were very impressed with the professionalism of those who came to install our heating/ac system. They came around 9:00 in the morning and left around 9:00 at night. It was not an easy install because of the space. Eric and Evan could not have been more polite and willing to answer any and all questions. When they left, one would not have known they had even been here since they left everything as it was when they came. We have used Fox for many years and will continue to do so. We have never been disappointed.

Fox is great if you want the company to come out and fix a single problem. They are fast, efficient and easy to book. I have ran into a road block with FSC recently. I need a quote for 19 AC/Heating units that need repaired. Two service techs have come out and neither one of them have contacted us regarding the quote we requested. I have called and after being on hold for about 7 min I was told that we have a designated account rep. This made me happy and they were going to transfer me. The man said leave a message and my rep will call me back. I asked if I could get his direct number in-case he did not call me back and I was told they are not allowed to give out direct numbers. I am confused. If you want my business why would you not give me my account reps information. Not to happy with the corporate customer service.

Fox installed a new hvac unit in my home on 22 Sep 2017. We returned from vacation, and no AC. They scheduled a new installation in a matter of 2 days. I can't praise them enough. The technicians were absolutely great. Very professional, and courteous. This is a truly outstanding company. I checked with another company, and they were very price competitive. I could highly recommend them for any service.

Now my patience has worn out. I called Fox as a listed preferred service provider for Mitsubishi mini-split AC repair. One of my 3 units (one for each bedroom) was not cooling. The repair guy came out, spent about 45 minutes cleaning the coils, and claimed it was now blowing much cooler and was fixed. I paid $348 for the work. However, it was not blowing cooler My partner went on the Mitsubishi website and saw videos on the need for cleaning behind the coils, specifically the blower wheel. The videos showed how to do it and with some effort, she gained access and sure enough it was caked solid with dust, etc. She cleaned it herself, with a vacuum attachment, and it seemed to do the trick.

Since the website says satisfaction guaranteed, and the problem was not fixed, Sarah called Fox to tell what happened and ask for a full refund. The service woman indicated this would likely not be a problem but we had to speak to a manager. They called back once, we missed the call. I have now called 3 times, two of these after writing up the details and submitting them online. Twice I was assured that the online write up had been received and I would be called back by a residential HVAC manager. That still has not happened. Fox might be good on other appliances, but they don't know much about mini-splits, or at least the service guy they sent didn't know, and now the follow up has been less than professional. This is really not okay.

Fox weatherizing service is fantastic! I recommend without any reservations. They completed all work as stated. They were professional and thorough. They explained the "why" behind their work in very understandable terms. I really appreciate that extra education. Major bonus, they leave the house like they entered it. The crew cleaned my entry way better than I usually do. Definitely give this friendly team a try.

A couple weeks ago our air conditioner stopped working at 7 pm the night before we went on vacation. Horrible timing. We called Fox Service to fix it because they installed our new HVAC unit 4 years ago. They offer an after hours service for instances just like ours. The tech came out by midnight and was able to fix the problem in less than an hour. He charged us for the part but kindly advised us to contact the office in the morning to see if it was under warranty. I called after we returned from vacation and the service manager said he would give me an answer within 2 business days. He called me back the next day and told me the part was covered under warranty and that we would receive a refund for it within 3-4 weeks. Less than 2 weeks later we received the refund check in the mail. This is a great company and they do what they say they are going to do!

For a year they performed well. Today they installed a simple filter on my AC and afterwards my upper zone was no longer working. They diagnosed it to a control board, except it was working well before their activity.

James called back to address concerns and it's fair to give people a chance to make things right. And they did. Over the weekend they ordered the needed part, installed it Monday, and then called back to make sure everything was fixed. It was, and they performed the fix at no cost to me -- more than I would ask for. It was one of those fluke electronic things that can happen to anyone. They fixed the problem, and then some. I'm pleased with the speed and quality of repairs, as well as Fox's care for their reputation.

I neglected to list Abel's ID (AJL1) in my previous review, so here it is again. Abel did a great job! Very fast, efficient and friendly. Also he gave me a run down of all that would take place in a job I was thinking of having done. I really appreciated that input in making my decision. He's obviously experienced and I really like knowing that the technician working on my home is good at what he does.

We have an older house and had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night. Since we used Fox before with good results we gave them a call. Took much longer this time for someone to come out but once here the service to unstop the main line was handled quickly and professionally. We will continue to use Fox because their plumbers seem to be honest and reliable, and the job is done right the first time.
