I don’t know where to start. I’m so thankful for the ladies here. They have been nothing but great and knowledgeable. My consultant Olga was fantastic from the start. She knew what she was talking about and was wonderful to work with. Emily was great and answered all of my many questions. Also had a brief meet with the store owner who was lovely. Both times I have visited this store the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and welcoming. I can’t say enough about this bridal salon and of course my dress which I am in love with. Don’t waste time with David’s bridal, give this salon a visit and I’m sure you will fall in love. Thank you ladies!

Went here for my sister to go dress shopping and it was the best experience of all the places we have been! We worked with Olga, who truly elevated the entire thing and made it special. She has a unique approach to dress shopping, but she made my sister feel special, listened to her and helped her feel like a bride when she wasn’t quite there yet. My sister found an amazing and unique dress that we are hoping she goes back to after sleeping on it. Thank you Olga and the team!!

10/10 full recommendation!!! They were very attentive and gave me the best experience! You know how dress shopping is magical in the movies. This is where they got the inspiration! Love love love this place. I went with my mother at first and found a dress I loved. But when I came back to see it again, they asked if I wanted to try on some others to be sure, cause I was having doubts. I said sure why not, and we proceeded to go through half a dozen dresses or more until I found the literal perfect one. I love the dress but the main reason for the review is the girls. They are the friendliest, sweetest most welcoming bunch and when I came back a month or so later to pick up the dress, they remembered me and we picked up right where we left off. My one and hopefully only wedding, and I couldn't have asked for a better dress experience. Go here, you won't regret it. 5 stars is not enough

A seriously wonderful experience. Eliza was welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful. I came in to try on a specific line of bridesmaid dress and she made it so quick and easy.
I also really appreciated the way she interacted with me when talking about the sizing. She politely prefaced that the Jasmine Bridal sizing was a little different than what I may expect in regular stores. I let her know that as a previous bride, I wasn't going to be offended by the potential larger size she recommended based on my measurements. But I appreciated her kindness and I really loved that she went out of her way to note this, just in case the sizing would be an upsetting topic. Knowing she gives the same level of empathy and understanding to others made me very thankful for her.
The purchasing experience was quick and painless as well! Eliza went through everything with me and was very clear about procedure and next steps. I'll be honest, I was half dreading this task, as I was worried I might be a size 14 gal trying to fit into a size 8 sample dress. But my experience was truly awesome and enjoyable. I'd recommend Signature Bridal to anyone, bride or bridesmaid!response / report this review -

After going to several bridal shops I was starting to lose faith in finding my perfect dress. Olga and all the ladies at Signature Bridal did what I was beginning to think was impossible. At the start of my appointnent Olga told us "Today you are not looking for a drrss you arr looking for a feeling" and she couldn't have been more right! Olga found the perfect dress that incorporated all the elements I wanted in my dress and stayed on target for budget! I could not be happier with my dress or my experience. I even picked out bridesmaid dress and flower girl dresses the same day and Olga and Candice helped us to figure out how to (with alterations) customize to fit our vision.

Signature Bridal was the most well-stocked of the bridal shops I visited. They had TONS of dresses in all different styles from major and local designers to fit most budgets, so you're sure to find something you like here. I was given a few tags to designate dresses I wanted to try and Madi also chose a few that she thought fit my criteria; I probably tried on twelve or so dresses/separates in two hours to find my style. The staff was friendly – do yourself a favor and ask for Madi, who was lovely, honest, patient, so helpful with my overwhelming search, and seriously takes the best pictures to compare dresses later! She was super in helping me visualize what alterations might be possible, how a dress might look shortened to knee-length, and how a different belt might significantly change the look of the dress. She also didn't mind when I tried on dresses I thought I might not like just so I could be sure I didn't like that style. The dressing rooms and mirror area are huge and well-lit, and they have a ton of space to walk around in the dress. Even though a couple other women had appointments at the same time as me, I never felt rushed or had to wait for a look in a mirror because they have such a large space. It was easy to make an appointment and to find the shop. I ultimately decided to have my dress custom-made, but I had a great experience here and would highly recommend that anyone looking for a dress try Signature Bridal.

Absolutely the best place to find your dream wedding dress! They have a large selection with a great variety of designers, the fitting rooms are large, the store is very clean, there is a lot of natural light and the customer service is amazing! I found my Eve of Milady dream dress and gorgeous veil at Signature Bridal, and I couldn't have been more happy with my experience. Thanks again, Carissa and Ashley!

Our encounter with Olga and finding the right dress was amazing. My daughter then decided to add a bolero to her dress. (she lives in Houston and could not get to Bee Caves) She took the advice over the phone with the sales associate of Signature Bridal that the bolero would match her gown. Signed the required documentation. BUT the bolero did not match the wedding gown. AT ALL Before the wedding, we brought he bolero to the shop to return. They agreed that it did not match the gown. They still would not refund us for a never worn or altered bolero. We were stuck with this bolero that did not match and they recommended we try to sell it on a bridal website, Not the way to handle business!!! OUT $300 But we spent so much more for her gown.

So this was our first bridal shop on our quest to buy a wedding dress. My daughter was very anxious (she is plus size and assumed it might be difficult or she'd be picking from a very small selection. As we entered, we were greeted by Madi and within 10 minutes my daughter was so relaxed. She was so supportive and upbeat. She never tired or got frustrated. We left to go to other places with 2 options. After three more shops, we returned to try 1 of the dresses on one more time and my daughter said "yes" to the dress. The dress is gorgeous and exactly what she was looking for but I think it was because of Madi's attitude and helpfulness that this has become a precious memory. Thank you!

Wonderful expereince and got the dress of my dreams. The quality is amazing and they push ALL bodies ALL brides! Which means that have a variety if sizes. I got to work with Kylie who was just a gem and helped me really understand what I was looking for. Also the other staff helped me find a dress Id seen online so it was a collaborative effort to help this bride!

My experience at Signature was amazing! I went back 3 times and my consultant, Carissa, was SO AMAZING. She really helped me find what looked best on me and didn't rush or pressure me at all. I highly recommend them for a wonderful dress experience!

I absolutely LOVED my experience at Signature Bridal! Candace was extremely helpful in picking out my dress when I had no idea what style I wanted. I went in with several girlfriends, and I'm sure we were a handful. She helped me narrow down the styles until we found the perfect one. That alone is no easy task because there are so many gorgeous dresses to choose from! Candace is extremely knowledgeable and so incredibly sweet. To top it all off, she was also there when I picked up my dress. She helped me try it on and made sure I was completely happy with the way it turned out , and also answered all of my questions. Candace and the rest of the team at Signature Bridal are fantastic at helping brides get ready for one of the most important days of their life! I would recommend Signature Bridal to anyone and everyone looking for a wedding dress!!

I had such a positive experience at Signature Bridal! As soon as you walk in you can see the high quality of their dresses. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Kylie was my consultant and she provided excellent service. She was very patient and willing to answer any of my questions as well as my guests'. This is so important especially when in search for your wedding dress because you are faced with so many options and decisions. I did not say yes to the dress at Signature only because they did not carry the designer I love. I would personally still consider them for my bridesmaid dresses though!

I had a wonderful experience at Signature Bridal this previous weekend. My consultant, Kylie, was very accommodating and did a wonderful job at listening to my thoughts and feedback to improve the selection she pulled. When I found a dress I loved, but wanted to take some time to think about it, she wasn't pushy at all, which was refreshing. When I called to return later in the day to try it on one final time before saying "yes", Kylie had my dress ready to go in a dressing room, offered great advice, and was genuine in her customer service. After visiting other bridal shops in the area, I would definitely recommend Signature Bridal to anyone looking for "the dress"!

Out of all of the bridal salons I visited this place was by far the best. The staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They kept things lighthearted and fun while respecting my budget. Adam was wonderful to work with. He caught on right away to what I was looking for, had great taste in helping pick out gowns, and seemed to know everything there was to know about the gowns. I highly recommend checking out their in house designer gowns. Not only are they drop dead gorgeous and truly unique, but they are a great value and it was easy to make small adjustments (like length) that might help make your gown really yours. I'm so glad I went here and I can't wait to wear my new wedding dress!

Before going to Signature Bridal I went to David's Bridal to see their selection. I was rather unimpressed with David's Bridal as their material and fit of the Bridal gown was terrible.
I was nervous about going to Signature Bridal because i felt their prices would be much higher. This was not the case! Their prices were about the same. Very reasonable. The difference was for the same price range i got a quality dress. it truly was and is the dress of my dreams.
The staff are amazing! Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, understanding, and flexible. I would recommend you get your dress here! Don't buy a gown without shopping here also. I can be very picky, but this was one of the best choices we made for our wedding.
Also be sure to allow yourself enough time for your dress to come in like 6 month min.

I was lucky enough to have found my dress this weekend at Signature Bridal. The entire staff was really friendly and helpful. However, I have to give a huge thank you to Dee. She was absolutely amazing. She was patient and kind, it really made the entire experience wonderful. I would recommend the shop to any bride, regardless of the style that you're looking for.
