October 10 was my first time at this place, I took my twin sister there to celebrate our birthday. At first everything was great till two monkeys attack and bit her, bleeding and bruising, in the arm. The owner cleaned her cut and was super scared, he offers us a free gift certificate to an encounter with a white tiger, told us to call in a month to schedule an appointment. I did and they denied my “certificate “ cause apparently I disputed my payment and got a full refund. My surprise was to call my bank and they assure me that the zoo go the entire payment. I can’t believe they this, why are you offered something to make things right but took it back after? Thanks for an awful time. I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

In the past, this place was awesome so many cool animals were included and you were able to play with them in the general encounter. Also the one on ones with the special animals were longer and cheaper. 2 minutes of a chimp for $700 seriously?? That’s unaffordable and inane. We went last week for a general tour and I was pretty bored, not like it used to be, I wouldn’t spend the same money there anymore.

What a great experience if you are a true animal lover! We paid for the standard tour, I recommend arriving early. This is not a typical zoo, you get to interact with some of the animals.

The Staff is very nice and knowledgeable of all the beautiful animals. Our tour guide was very nice and she geninuinely enjoyed her job, she had a monkey "Oliver" on tour with us the entire time which made it more fun and entertaining. I would definitely recommend coming here. The price is definitely well worth it..

FYI: Bring bug spray, sunblock, and water.

I wish the grounds tour was a bit longer, I felt a bit rushed. I was on the feline encounter, what an amazing experience! It was a dream /once in life time awesome offer.

I took my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day. I got to say the experience triumphs the price. If you are unsure because the price turns you off. Take a risk and spend the money! It’s so worth it. We took a general encounter and a fifteen minute encounter with a Sloth. Here are some pictures of our visit!

The experience was awesome but we didn't interact with the animals for a long amount of time. It was kind of a quick in and out thing. Our tour guid was awesome though.

Honestly one of the greatest things you'll ever do. $80 for admission where you have interactions with little baby monkeys and owls and baby alligator as well as viewing countless animals. And then $120 for a once in a lifetime interaction with a baby tiger cub or lion cub. Unbeatable.

My wife and I absolutely LOVED our visit to the Zoological Wildlife Foundation and our hands on encounter with a tiger cub. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell they truly care about the welfare of the animals. A staff member used our iPhone to take pics and video of us, very much appreciated. Thank you for the one of a kind memories!

I heard about this foundation through a friend, so I decided to try it on my birthday. My brother and I did the Special Wildlife Encounter and it was absolutely amazing. Our tour guide, Andrea, was fantastic. I would totally recommend her. We got to touch/hold/feed 15+ different animals. If you are an animal lover, you definitely need to visit.

Terrible customer service. Have had to repeatedly call to have my reservation invoice sent, which after being assured it would be sent in 15 minutes it was not. People on the phone did not explain the differences in tours well and were very abrupt and rude.

Awesome animal experience! Worth every penny. Got to play with a tiger cub, monkey's, and an armadillo for the first time. Not to mention all the other cool animals they have.

I've actually been to zwf 3 times. I think it's pretty affordable. If you just want to the general tour it's under a hundred and you basically get to see all of their animals and interact with a few including an otter, a lemur, feeding camels, monkeys, etc. The big cat encounter or other animal encounter can be a little expensive but you do get to learn a lot and roll around with some real cute babies. You can't expect the experience to last all day; these are babies and get tired or unpredictable at times. Remember that they are also wild animals. As for the price, you can tell this place is extremely expensive to maintain and my guess is they're really not making any profit at all on these encounters nor are they breaking even. It's just something they can use to inform the public on these animals and hopefully change people to help make a difference in these animals wild counterparts. If I lived anywhere near here (I'm from NYC) I would literally be here every month if not more. This place is so awesome.

This is an amazing place to be in touch with nature! All the animals are very well taken care off. The staff members are very nice and know exactly what they are doing. I would definitely visit again and again and again and of course highly recommend this place to be visited not just for kids but for adults. You learn so much about these beautiful creatures and you get to interact one on one with some of them. Absolutely love it!! Thank you for having this beautiful place for the animals it sure shows they are very well kept and loved.
