My US’s 8 months child needed a Chinese visa and I paid through the whole express package only to find out that it was denied because it requires both parents to attend in person at the consulate if one of the parent is a Chinese national. The office said they did not know it was a requirement….really? what do we hire you for then?
NO refunds given and the passport was not expedited back. I had to call to find out days later were the documents were returned and ready to be picked up.
“ just friendly, professionals dedicated to you and your travel needs.” They said! But my experience with the Miami office was different Unprofessional, unresponsive, unapologetic, and detached.

First of all let me say this is the best place you can go to get a quick passport. Solomon was the best. He answered all of our questions and provided us the quickest service ever. It was my first time getting a passport and he made the process so smoothly.

These guys crushed and did exactly what they claimed. It was expensive AF, but I put myself in the situation.. They're just capitalizing off of it. I was traveling to Canada and realized the day before my flight that my passport was expired by 6 months. I gathered the docs they requested and arrived at their office on Fillmore at 8AM. My flight was at 6pm, so I met their courier at the passport building and had my passport in hand by 3:30pm. I'll definitely be using them for any future visa applications.. Well worth the ease.

I used this service to get passports for our family trip. We had to get passports for our four kids and the paperwork for that is insane. If you are divorced, etc.. you have to get the other parent to sign and notarize a special form and provide photocopy of license. There is no way I could've gotten this done as fast as I did without Adam's (PassportsAndVisa's employee) help. He walked me through the paperwork process and I had his phone number for any questions at the acceptance agent's desk. They made my time deadline and everything went extremely smoothly. I highly recommend this company.

Second time I come back here to get visas!!! First time was for me and my associate to get Chinese visas, second time for my brother!!!!
You need a visa, Barbara from the Miami branch and her team will get it done!!!!!!!! They have the knowledge to answer any questions you may have and the resources to accommodate anyone's need!!!!!

Do not use this company! Stay away and use a more trusted company. Paid $400 for a next day passport. Paid and signed up 5 days before my trip. Called the day before arrival and was assured my passport would arrive the next day.. instead of my passport I got a phone call from them telling them I had to do everything all over again & they even told me "I Highly doubt you will be going on this vacation". And to top things off, they WOULD NOT even give me a refund! Terrible Customer Service.. dont make the same mistake I did go with a more trusted company..
