Very upset with this practice. I went there for upper dentures. I was sent home with the print out of my out of pocket cost, which was fine. Today I went to have my extractions and intermediate upper dentures. I get there at 8am to be told they could not do it today, that impressions would need to be done first. I asked about this on my first visit and was told everything would be done today. That was a different story today but, the other most unprofessional thing was that they told me my price had increased 500 hundred dollars. This place is a rip off and unprofessional. I am writing this review so others will beware of this practice.

It was a pleasure to find a dentist, in Cartersville, that was not a chamber of horrors. Nice professional people that took very good care of me. Explanation of procedure, possible options on treatment, and genuine concern for my well being adds up to a experience far exceeding my expectations. Bravo!! Well done.

My first visit to this office was fantastic!!!! I am new in town and chose this office out of the blue. So glad I did. What a beautiful, state of the art office. All high-tech instruments and procedures and the ambiance is awesome. They even offered me sunglasses if the lights hurt my eyes!!!!! Everyone on the staff was kind and friendly and tried to meet every need I could have. I highly recommend this office to you.

This place is Amazing 💯 I recently had a deep cleaning and fillings procedure done here. Everyone there is very professional and genuinely beautiful at heart. Everything was safe and very clean. They took special care to ensure I was not in pain. My family loves this place. I recommend this place to anyone in the area that is looking for a good dentist office to meet any of your family's needs. 🙏❤️💯

Had a great experienceand that's saying a lot, since the dentist's office is in my Top 5 of Places I Don't Like To Go. Ashley is super nice and did a great job at making me feel at ease and as comfortable as possible while sitting in a dental chair.

The facilities are very nice and hygienist very personal and friendly. However, the front desk staff and the dentist himself are not as friendly. I've been to this office 3 times since moving to the area. The dentist has never greeted me, spoken to me and has only spent a brief moment looking in my mouth after the hygienist cleaned my teeth. I'm used to having a friendly dentist and front desk staff and this is a first for me.

Dr. Lee and his staff have been taking care of my teeth for the past 4 or so years. When I first went there I was afraid of dentists and had a lot of issues that needed to be addressed. Over the course of several appointments Dr. Lee got my teeth all fixed up and eased me through my anxiety. I go back for my cleanings every year now and I don't dread it the way I used to. Going to the dentist may never be fun, but a friendly and caring staff, super-clean office, experienced doctor, and TVs on the wall and ceiling certainly help make the experience less nerve-wracking.

So I think my first and second visit we're OK after switching from my old dentist. But today's visit was beyond my expectations. I went in for a post operation visit after an extraction. The hygenist is awesome, Dr. Lee is awesome, and I was blown away by the fact that they took care of a minor issue after the extraction at no cost to me. I felt like I should have paid something and I didn't have to. I felt like I was taken care of very well after having a tooth extraction. I would recommend this office to anyone. Plus the staff doesn't chew butt too hard when I show up late because of my busy schedule. Lol :)

Upon my first visit to Choice One Dental I had an absolute fantastic experience. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist himself were extremely personable. I appreciate the hospitality that was extended to me. I would highly recommend this office.
