Beautiful location with a stunning spa and sports centre. Room was a good size with a large bathroom. Room service was very efficient and a good selection.

We were visiting the Four Seasons to see a Christmas event and we loved our visit. The valet was very helpful and the consierge was very patient and understanding. The hotel is decorated for the holidays and there are a couple of restaurants we found in our brief visit. We walked outside as well and the swimming pool is quite huge. Overall this is a nice, beautiful hotel with excellent amenities and customer service.

Lovely experience at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and featured a large bathtub. The grounds we're well kept and a short walk to nearby restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was also an excellent choice for breakfast -- don't miss the avocado toast with the poached egg on top.

The nicest staff and the best service. Brunch at Law is amazing and the outlaw taproom has some interesting drinks. The room was comfortable, but not particularly fancy or amazing. The experience overall, however, was fantastic.

I dont agree with quoting a room rate then adding on a resort fee. I was there for a conference and had no time to use any of the "resort" side of things. Otherwise it is a lovely place with great staff and warm and welcoming.

A beautiful setting. Staff was courteous and on top of things. Quality of food and snacks was above average. Our function ran smoothly. An overall wonderful experience.

This is our fourth time staying here. My husband actually proposed to me here some years ago so it's very special to us. The staff here is amazing and they go out of their way to make my children feel special every time we visit. The rooms are always so nice and clean. We love it here and will continue to come back!

This is a beautiful hotel. The structure may be a little older, but the insides are up to date and first rate. I was here for a conference and the meeting rooms were amazing. Big screens, great sound system and comfortable chairs.

The lunch we had was great as well. The chef and team really do a great job. Plates were cleared promptly and the food service staff was very unobtrusive to the meeting.

beautiful property, and the staff could not be friendlier. The property is well maintained from the grounds to the furniture in the lobby. The only downside is that parking is incredibly expensive, given that we are in the state of Texas. That would keep me from bringing anybody local there for a meeting or to try a restaurant. That said, if you are flying in from out of town, I think this would be a wonderful place to stay.

Excellent experience, as always (have visited many times!)

Esther took care of us poolside. Jamie and Lasantha took care of us in the dining room. Awesome! Thanks for the memorable visit.

We recently stayed at Four Seasons. During our weekend trip our daughter's bathing suit top was picked up by housekeeping. Not a big deal right? We called the front desk to notify them that the housekeeper just left our room, and our daughter's swimsuit top that was hanging up to dry is gone, and asked, "Could they please check her laundry and bring the top?" A few minutes later, a security guard comes to our room, and tells us to rest assured he would get the top back to us. Great, we thought. So, on Sunday as we were checking out, we once again asked about the top. They told us that they were still looking, but would call us by the end of the day.I call them on Monday, and speak to a lady in security who tells me that she has no idea what I'm talking about, and there has not been anything noted in the computer. So, I explain the entire situation again. She assures me that she will take care of finding it. After, waiting 2 days and no phone call. I send a friend to go back to the hotel and talk to security face to face. Guess what???? They tell him, they don't have anything filed in the computer and have no idea what he's talking about! If you have anything valuable I would not trust the security to assist you in the process of recovering it!

We had a very pleasant stay Jory and Carlos were extremely helpful. We enjoyed the track the grounds are awesome. I would definitely recommend going there. The spa is very relaxing, the bed room was very large, most hotels sacrifice apace for quantity but they make sure you have enough space to feel at home.

Wow, the rooms are amazing! A beautiful heritage property with ultra modern rooms & bathroom! I loved stepping out of the elevator as it looked like you were stepping into someones apartment.
They are still doing renovations in the lobby area, but it did not disturb us during our stay.
The pool area was great. It was a nice place to relax on the last day of our holiday before returning to Australia on a 16+hour flight! We were able to check out at 6pm for a reasonable fee which allowed us to freshen up before our late flight.
The staff we encountered were great. We did have a small glitch - we arranged for our extended checkout however it didnt get entered into the system correctly so had a knock on the door & phone call in the afternoon asking why we hadnt checked out! They probably thought we weren't leaving!
If we ever return to Dallas,I would not hesitate in staying again.
