Like most places downtown it's only worth going to if you're going to make it a trip, between the time and any payment for parking you'll have already spent more of each than you would have at several places easier to access. That said it is nice and affluent inside, but then so are most places in the area. Service is great, exactly what you expect from the prices. If you're looking for a classy low key place or just want to feel a bit bourgeoisie then this place will serve you well.

This destination is the true definition of a 5 star hotel. From the moment you are greeted by the friendly Valet Staff, to the final check out, I was treated with a smile every time. It's a very safe location and close to about everything you want to do in the immediate downtown vicinity. Don't think twice, if you want a true Luxury Experience book now.

The perfect experience. the staff was responsive and helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable, the views from the bedroom was amazing. Their breakfast menu is the best I ever encountered with; rich and flavor-able. and the spa, don't leave before you try one of their treatment, they will change you! Highly recommend, and I will be returning.

Great hotel on a great location. stayed there with my wife for a few days and we had a very nice stay. the room was beautiful very clean with a spectacular view. The restaurant was excellent, the food was delicious and we got complimentary drinks for an order misunderstanding that happened. My wife also booked a couple spa treatments and came back from them very happy and relaxed.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! On arrival we were quite surprised to find out my sister in-law left us spa vouchers for our anniversary. We were also upgraded to an amazing suite. A bottle of champagne and strawberries turned our stay into even more romantic. The spa treatment was amazing one of the best we ever had. The lounge is also a great spot to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful. We look forward to a return visit ! Thanks so much for a great satisfaction.

Easily the nicest hotel in Denver. The rooms - especially the bathrooms -
are lovely even by Four Seasons standards. Lobby is a bit small and the three times I've stayed there the pool was closed for private events - don't count on that amenity if you stay here. Staff are of course well-trained and professional as one would expect at a FS hotel.

Three staff members that made it well worth our stay. The check in lady was great, the guy that took care of my vehicle and bags was awesome and the guy that delivered our dinner. The reservations staff is what made our experience unpleasant. Our first year anniversary and such a bad experience. I have stayed at Four Seasons all over the US and the world. Never have I ever been treated this way. I emailed a complaint and all I get is an apology and 50% off of my next stay. Keep that for yourselves. It is not about money, it is about the principle. Not spending a penny at this place.

I got my haircut in the salon the other day and was blown away. The location is great right in downtown Denver, and the spa/salon is also in a great spot looking out at the pool. The salon has top of the line massage chairs and I got a perfect haircut while enjoying the whole process.

Without hesitation, I'll be back. Everything was excellent from the quick check in, black car service, in room dining, the spa, and the edge bar. I felt safe traveling semi solo in Denver and the locals helped with this experience.

I've visited the residences several times, attended a wedding reception held in multiple event centers, and have dined at The Edge many times. What can be saidit's the Four Seasons. The residence rooms provide the best overlook the city has to offer. The service is impeccable. The food is mind blowing. The hotel is as centrally located as it gets. It all comes at a price, but if you're reading this, that's likely not your biggest concern.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

I had a voucher for one night, the team who worked on setting me up with the room was amazing! The entire staff was amazing throughout our stay and they even brought us chocolate covered strawberries and champagne on the house. Overall, it was a great experience!

I was given a gift certificate for the 4 Seasons Spa and I was impressed and enjoyed the luxurious experience and amenities. That being said, the services themselves were mediocre. I got a 50 minute massage and a spa manicure and pedicure, and for how much they cost I expected much, MUCH better service. If I didn't have a gift certificate there is no way I'd pay full price for these services.

Lovely girls trip. We started with champagne at the hotel bar. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room comfortable and well-appointed. Our upgraded room had a view of the city and mountains beyond. Breakfast in bed from room service capped off a perfect stay. Can't wait to come back!

Stayed here for my wife’s birthday. Hotel was nice, but the whole stay was tainted by an hour phone call I had with American Express over the Fine Hotel Resorts and Dining (FHRD). This was to no fault of the hotel's. The guest service manager Josh went above and beyond to make things right. He gave me the $100 food and beverage credit anyway. We were in the studio room, which was INCREDIBLE. We enjoyed the hot tub on the property, which had a heated towel rack next door. In room breakfast was amazing, the edge was amazing. Overall a great experience and I will return to see Josh and his crew in the near future.
