Room 212 shouldn't be offered to guests. Its basically a closet suitable for housekeeping supplies, not guests dropping $200+ per night. The window was frosted and drafty, overlooking a very loud air conditioning/heating system. The staff was friendly and helped as best they could. Having a full size bathtub, running water, and clean bed is why you got 2 stars. I will not be back

Great little hotel in the heart of the city! Historic exterior, with old world charm and newly remodeled rooms and bathrooms. The staff was courteous and informed when making recommendations, finding our way around, or just picking something to eat. We loved our stay at the Teatro and will definitely be back!

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Walking distance to union station , restaurants and bars and shops. Nice service. Very clean with fresh scent. Only that parking is $40/ night. But if you find the over night parking spot in the theater garage structure cross street then you will save 1/2.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a Google review but in this case I just had too. Teatro is awesome. It’s a small boutique hotel with big luxury hotel service. Very welcoming pet policy. Great restaurant. Awesome location. Lovely clean room. My work trip felt a little like a vacation (a little)!

Unique and lovely property. Lobby and restaurant serve wonderful food and drinks in classy atmosphere. Menu options were a bit limited and pricey but very tasty. Room was luxurious and without losing the historic flavor of the hotel. A lot of seating and work space in my room, even though it was a smaller room, because of careful design choices.

Nice room, very helpful employees. The room had somewhat weird lighting (lack of lights in the main area, and lots on interconnected switches). Also had two rooms that were linked together, which was interesting. Showers were very nice.

I can not say enough good things about this hotel. I was just in Denver and booked this hotel online based on stylish pictures and good reviews. I was not disappointed. The hotel's lobby and restaurant were recently renovated, and the style was unique and inviting, while being modern but still maintaining all the character of the vintage building. So charming. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and oh so welcoming to my little dog. It's hard to find a dog friendly hotel, especially one that feels so luxurious. The room was comfortable and quiet at night. We slept really well. The location is right down town and close to freeways to convenient to whatever might bring you to Denver. I would stay at the Hotel Teatro again, and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Denver.

Wow what a lovely Hotel my mom and I stayed for a mother's day gift to ourselves! The service was warm and friendly our room was so luxurious! The ambience of the Nickel restaurant and the Lobby were fabulous. I do however have a story at 1am I was awaken by a blanket sliding off my legs when I looked at the side of the bed there was nothing! A ghost maybe..👻😉

I come to Denver once a year on business around the same time for a conference and last year I decided to adventure out of the four seasons and gave hotel Teatro a try, I remember my experience last year vividly and the hospitality I received from the staff, specifically the maintenance team when my safe and TV would not work properly. Jose and Shane or Shawn I believe their names were, were so helpful and generous! Their professionalism and quick to fix the problem were the main reason i came back this year. Unfortunately, I did have some problems with my room and the locks, and I received help from another older gentlemen i had never met before that was very unprofessional and rude came to help, and wasn't much help at all. I went to have a drink while they fixed my door just to come back and still have the problem. I found out they never fixed it and got "sidetracked". I found this very unpleasing and needless to say, I have told my company to switch me back to the four seasons due to this experience. I love the atmosphere of this hotel but wish my experience with the staff was as great as the time before. I gave two stars, one for the atmosphere and one for the food.

Hotel Teatro is a beautiful boutique hotel that I've stayed at personally and worked with professionally. I really appreciate their attention to detail and customer service. As a corporate event planner, it's always special to find a hotel that is both charming and dedicated to their clients. Special shout out to Grace and her Reservations Supervisor for their excellent service. Looking forward to working with you again soon.

Went to hotel Teatro for one of the classes they offer on drinks and food. I think they are doing these monthly. It was excellent. The executive chef came out to to each table to see how the food was. He was relaxed and shared knowledge of how they use the farm to table design in the restaurant and how they prepare the menu. They are constantly making menu items that are your childhood memory food but dressing them up in an adult way. It was sneaky, but great. The venue we used was the bar area across from the nickel restaurant. They have tall ceilings, private tables, and huge windows. I enjoyed the variety of seating they had available. Couches of nice but unique styles, Chairs that looked custom made, and stools that were as versatile as they are good looking. Every thing gave off a high end classy feel. I looked around several times noticing how relaxed and at ease all the other patrons seemed. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Beautiful hotel, somewhat small rooms and lobby but incredibly friendly service. The vanity mirror switch in our room was broken and therefore the light was permanently on. Not a big deal though. Amazing linens pillows and super comfy bed. Also so nice to be able to take advantage of their shuttle .

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary in mid-July, 2010 after finding a good deal through Perfect Escapes. We would never stay at a place this nice unless it was a special occasion, but it was, and we did and it was certainly worth it! The staff was fantastic - when they found out we were celebrating our anniversary, they delivered a complimentary bottle of wine to our room. It was definitely what I would consider to be a "fancy" hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location was great.

This hotel is classically beautiful with very tasteful design features. Every employee we worked with went above and beyond. The Nickel had excellent, farm to table food and the bloody mary bar was to die for. Such a convenient location too! The building is definitely the most gorgeous building on the block! I can't wait to stay there again!
