Four Points SOHO is really well located, there were plenty of awesome dining and shopping options down the street, and it's only a block and a half from the subway (which was fairly easy to navigate). The place is narrow so the rooms are pretty small (there are only a few rooms on each floor) but the staff were extremely friendly, and they manage to keep the lobby cozy and pack in amenities. Even the tiny bar gets the job done.

Nice place. Not too badly situated in Soho. Bar downstairs with a restaurant next door. Inexplicably they had no room fridge or microwave. This (when you're used to Aussie hotels) is annoying. Overall though it was a pleasant stay.

We loved staying here. Staff were super friendly. Close to subway stops and many restaurants and cafes a short walk in bustling Soho and Greenwich Village. Very clean hotel. Beds were great, very big and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
Cons: Room was a little small for three people with luggage. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Could get quite loud on the street late at night, even though we were on the 14th floor.

Nice New York hotel. Reasonably priced for the SoHo area. There's a small bar that's good for that last drink before bed. Good location close to the river, which is a great place for a run or walk on a nice day. The rooms were big by NYC standards. The room had all the convenient traveler amenities like multiple outlets at the desk & by the desk. The staff was also very friendly. It's on my short list of NYC hotels for my regular trips to the city.

This hotel is down the block from my job. I use it during heavy storm seasons when I need to be close to work, should an emergency arise and someone needs to be there, ASAP.

Massively friendly and helpful staff gets your tired body checked in and ready to crash in no time.

Great breakfast choices in their own restaurant. Room service is a snap, and the food gets to your door HOT!

Rooms are well equipped for the average traveler with modern amenities.

Close to the World Trade Center site to the south, and the High Line to the north. NYC Subway is on the corner.

Despite its downtown location, Four Points Hotel is extremely convenient for anyone looking to get their fill of all that NYC has to offer.

This hotels primary reason for staying is it's great location in Manhattan. It is within walking distance of many great restaurants and businesses. The room and lobby are nothing to write home about however it does have an exercise room but no hot tub or spa.

Convenient location in SoHo near subway. Good SPG Plat recognition. Clean rooms that are about normal size for NY standards. Simple mid level hotel.

It's a hotel. It's semi modern. Honestly, nothing to write home about but it's a good place to sleep and no real complaints. Nice shower, could use more water pressure.
EDIT: I emailed Patricia, the GM, with my above feedback during my stay and received one of the best customer service experiences I have had in return. There was a card in my room with some quotes that I can safely say she held herself to, "Providing you with flawless service is my personal commitment to you. If anything has been less than extraordinary, please let us know and give us the opportunity to address it before you leave".

Good service at front counter.. very helpful.. room a bit small and there is no mini fridge in the room. This is the 1st hotel that did not provide a mini fridge and they wanted to charge me 25 dollars per day if i wanted a mini fridge in my room. Anyway the hotel is neat and its close to meatpackers district and chelsea markets and its in a safe area.

The hotel was easy and quick to book for our last minute overnight stay in the city. It was very affordable and clean. The rooms are pretty small but I guess I expected that in NYC. The service was fast as well, we checked in and out without trouble.
