Small, but efficient rooms. Great location on quiet East side, in the shadow of the UN and 1.5 blocks from Grand Central Terminal and subways to anywhere. Friendly staff!

Rooms are on the small aide but then again that's normal for all NY hotels. The front desk staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Definitely a good place to stay for an extended trip.

Excellent accommodations. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Excellent location. Decent breakfast. Room small bit very clean and comfortable bedding. Highly recommend

The staff are super nice and helpful. The room was on the small side (well pretty standard for NYC), but well laid out so moving around was fine. The room was ready a little late, but not too bad. Breakfast was included and fine, although the hotel was full and it seemed like staff were having a hard time keeping the food stocked. Overall, it was a good stay.

I had a one night stay, the women at the reception desk are phenomenal. First and foremost they greeted me and the check process was very seamless. They kept the water stocked in the lobby on a humid day and cookies for guest as well. They were very inviting and held great conversations, all of them from late night to morning shift.

Good value for money
The hotel is a good value for money choice. Â Rooms are clean and comfortable although some are small. Â Breakfast is included in the rate, which is something unusual in NYC and if you do not have time for breakfast or are planning to skip lunch, you can take a complimentary bag with a bottle of water, an apple and a couple of additional items. Â The staff is very helpful and friendly. Â The location is very good, two blocks away form Grand Central Station and about five blocks from 5th Avenue.

Small rooms, but very good location. Breakfast was good, you could make your own waffles, they had fruits and bagels etc.. Coffee, tea and cookies available all day. Very nice staff!

Great service. Really enjoyed breakfast which is included with our room. Great selection. Staff at the front desk is extremely helpful with directions to different tourist spots. Even printed directions out for me.

Great location near please metro North and subways. Decent breakfast included. Short walk to Bryant Park and times square. Parking garages close by. Rooms are nice, king room small but has balcony. Double room plenty of space. Very pleasant staff.

My wife had surgery at the local hospital so we had to stay for 10 days the staff here is the BEST. The girls at the front desk are the best that I have EVER seen in a hotel, they where very caring of are needs and always asked how my wife was . The front desk girls made this a great stay. The rooms are clean and breakfast was good.
