I gave owned several rental units in Phoenix for about 12 years and for the first 6 years or so I experienced poor performance from different property managers. They were basically hard to reach and they were very poor in getting units rented when vacant. In addition, they were mostly not very proactive in keeping my properties in top condition.

Then I found Crissy at Fort Lowell Realty using an online search of reviews and decided to give her a shot. I was not disappointed from the get-go. She keeps me posted on any developments and she is excellent in finding quality tenants plus she is on top of matters when repairs are needed.

I most highly recommend anyone looking for a high quality property manager to get in touch with Crissy!

I own multiple residential properties in the Phoenix market area and have had many different property managers during the past 20 years. I have never had such a wonderful experience than with Crissy with the Phoenix office. She is "Johnny-on-the-spot" regarding every aspect of property management. It's as though she treats my properties as her own. Please, Crissy, don't leave Fort Lowell Realty as I'm sure that there is no other property manager in the entire Phoenix market area that would give me such superior service and instant follow-up. You're the BEST.

I rented for 2+ years with Fort Lowell, Crissy Keoppel is one of the best property manager's that I have ever had. She is sweet, funny, understanding and a go getter. Any service needs was taken care of in a timely manner and she always followed up to make sure everything was fixed properly. I will miss you Crissy, thank you for taking such good care of us.

My client worked with Crissy in the Phoenix Office for the last several years. Crissy managed my client's portfolio of rental properties. She did a tremendous job keeping them rented, rehabbing the ones needing repairs, and always, always found ways to keep the costs as low as possible and repairs moving rapidly.

When it came time to sell the properties, again, she did an excellent job prepping the homes for sale, marketing them, negotiating the best possible prices and terms, and closing quickly.

I found her to be bright, creative, helpful, courteous, hardworking and determined, a tireless advocate for my client's best interests, with a great, "can-do" attitude and a great sense of humor.

Honestly, if you are looking for a great property manager or a terrific real estate agent, look no further. You have found her! Cannot recommend Crissy highly enough!

I called Bob Collopy to see units at The Summit and in under 10 minutes he came down and showed me around the whole building Actually I called him multiple times and every time he was super flexible and accommodating. He knew everything about the building and gave me tons of info you could only know if you lived here. It definitely felt like he practiced what he preached since he lived here and had my best interest in mind versus trying to push me into a sell what wasn't a good fit. He was super helpful and helped me throughout the whole process. I really recommend working with Bob. If you are interested in downtown high rise living you can't do better than Bob. Obviously well versed in The Summit details but also equally well versed in comparable properties in the downtown area. Save yourself time and worry and call Bob.

I just want to take the time and write a little note. Crissy in the Phoenix office is absolutely the best property manager I have every seen. I am so grateful that she is "THAT" person. I recently had a problem with my a/c. I called her about noon, and that evening I was getting a phone call from a service provider. The next day it was fixed. She carries herself with pride and willing to go that extra mile to ensure that her clients are taken care of and no stone unturned. Every single time I spoke with her on different issues, she "just gets it done"!!! She is so professional and knowledgable in her field of expertise. Fort Lowell Realty has a great asset on their team. I just want to say "THANK YOU CRISSY"!!! When I decide to buy or rent anything else in the future, I will be sure to contact you. I am so glad that she is here in the Phoenix office, it just makes it that much easier. Again, Thank you for what you do Crissy!!!! You really are an asset!!!!

Fort Lowell Realty and Property Management company carefully advised my husband I through our first rental property experience. Kathy Flores was our property manager and was wonderful from start to finish. Over the course of 8 months we only had to contact them 2 times for repairs, and the handyman was at the rental by the next day. We broke our lease 3 months early due to buying a home and Kathy was able to rent the house within 10 days time! She was professional, kind, reliable and efficient. She was always available when we needed her and answered every question we had. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.
