My first time there was such a great experience! Our nurse Laura was especially helpful, very informative & so genuine. They're very moderately priced and so welcoming. I think I found my regular vet!!

They are very caring and very knowledgeable doctors! I have an older dog and she collapsed and was not able to walk and they got her in right away and took such good care of her. She’s now doing so much better!

Great place to take your pets! Friendly staff and Dr. Schultz is amazing and answers all questions. Rebel loves to go to her appointments!

As I was going out of my apartment there was a small dog lost , homeless . His nails were outgrown & his teeth were rotten. I went here & asked if we can turn in the dog for their care & they rejected the dog. If you are called animal rescue, hospital & adoption there should be no reason to reject a dog even if you didnt have space or what not.

I love taking my dogs here! The vet is always so friendly and happy which makes me feel confident and we are always treated great! I know for a fact my doggie loves coming in!! He is never afraid :)

On a Monday morning in March of this year, my husband and I woke to find our 7-year-old tiger cat, Felix, unresponsive in my home office. I knew almost immediately that he was gone. We have no idea what happened, as he was fine just a few hours before. I was a crying, sobbing mess when we went to VCA Mountain View. They were extremely compassionate. The office staff were so kind, and so delicate. They had several office cats wandering about, and a couple came over to comfort me, truly a sign of a great office. The office even made a donation to the AZ Humane Society in Felix's name, and sent me a lovely card signed by everyone at the office. I truly feel like they care. My other kitty, Leo, will be coming here soon for his yearly check-up, though he is a bit over-due.

5/5 STARS! I WROTE A FACEBOOK REVIEW ALSO BECAUSE HOW MUCH I JUST LOVE THIS ANIMAL HOSPITAL. OUR VET WAS AMAZING, THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. FAIR PRICES AND THEY GENUINELY CARED ABOUT MY DOG AND DID EVERYTHING TO MAKE HIM BETTER. THIS LOCATION ONLY. BRING YOUR BUSINESS THERE!

I had a VERY VERY good experience and would recommend everyone to this animal hospital. I have worked in the field before and this is by far the best hospital. All the staff was super friendly. my kitty was diagnosed with FELV and the first hospital I went to they just wanted to euthanize him right one the spot didn't give me no hope anything. But when I came here euthanize wasn't even brought up, they wanted to see if he can be help first before the doc even said anything about euthanize him. Sadly he was to far gone. I even stayed past closing and they were still as polite as can be. Thank you Dr. Sharon and staff. 👍👍👍👍

This has been our vet for as long as we've been dog-owners. I trust the staff here with everything when it comes to my dog's health. The front office staff and the medical assistants all know my dog by name and even remember all of his quirks and medical history. They have always been kind, gentle, and their love for animals is immediately apparent. I recommend this and other VCA locations, including paradise valley, to anyone who is seeking quality veterinary care.
