By far the worst experience I’ve ever had! Please read the reviews!!!!! I would’ve never selected this florist based on its reviews. However, 1-800 flowers dispatched my order to them!!!! Terrible customer service when I called to track my order.. The flowers appeared to have been left in a hot van all day, they were thrown together and not what I expected. I absolutely do not want you to redeliver..

Time and money wasted!!!!

I ordered a standing wreath that was supposed to be white carnations in the form of a cross with white roses draped across. What arrived had more green than white and only mildly resembled the product advertised. The card covered up too much of the carnations. On the bright side, the item arrived on time. I will not order from this store again.

I had a wonderful experience today at this florist. The arrangement I wanted had to be varied due to the basket size, and they not only made up for it in great customer service, but they also made it extra special with the added flowers and variations. We have noticed over the past year that when you order flowers they will switch your order to a lesser quality arrangement without you knowing. The first 2 times we figured it was a mistake and let it go. I think this is how they have learned to make extra money. Last week we ordered flowers for a good friend. When they sent a picture thanking us, it was clearly not even close to what we ordered. I called the store and the lady apologized for the mix up and offered to deliver what we ordered the next day. She offered to add a ballon but I told her that that was inappropriate for the loss of a child. It’s been a week and still nothing to sent to our friends. All they received was a blue arrangement this first delivery. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I’ve used this florist and recommend them many times over the past 12 years. The service used to be great but it’s been declining over the past 2 years. I will not recommend them again!

I called this morning to order flowers and spoke to Brittany who was extremely polite! I wanted these delivered the same day and she made it happen. That was after numerous calls on my behalf cause I kept making changes. I want to THANK YOU for the way you handled this transaction because you never once changed your tone with me! You had every chance to sound frustrated but you displayed EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! I WILL USE YOU ALL AGAIN AND REFER ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A GREAT FLORIST!!!

My son (5 year old) was very excited to send flowers to mom. He chose a cute puppy. He was very disappointed when it was delivered. The arrangement does not look like on the web site and it it was missing some decorative items as well.

Daniel, I think you're nuts to complain about that adorable cardinal puppy! They're flowers No two arrangements will be exactly alike. That puppy is so clever! I've always been pleased with houseplant gifts and flowers from Flowerama. The staff is also helpful when you need a little creative guidance. :-)

Beautiful floral arrangements and unique gifts too. We grabbed some great frames for decorating and our daughter already took them from us!

Pretty easy review to write: Jessica and her team delivered beyond expectations with their customer service, creativity and passion for what they do. We needed flowers for an intimate wedding ceremony dinner we hosted at a favorite restaurant here in Plano. Was this a big order for them? Probably not. I imagine as far as weddings go this was a very small job for them. Yet I never felt we were not worthy of their time and efforts. In fact, Jessica jumped at the chance when I let her know it was my desire to hand over the creative task to she and her staff. She took the time to discuss all her ideas and options for what she had in mind, and she had tons of creative suggestions. The end result was perfect. Our guests, photographer, and even the Justice of the Peace commented on the table arrangements and custom boutonnieres. Great job all around!!

What a wonderful store. It had a beautiful selection of roses and wonderful employees. Rhonda, one of the employees who helped me was delightful and informative in all of my questions. I really appreciated them and their politeness. I would highly recommend. The flowers I purchased were fairly priced and it was simply a good experience.
