Lost my sister april 29th met with brian Deloiser. He did a wonderful job made everything so easy. He helped plan a funeral that she would have been very proud of it can't say enough of how Brian he stayed in touch throughout the whole process. Exactly a month later my wife and I worked with him again for my father in laws funeral and once again he exceeded our expectations.

Ron Kelly came into our lives with the unexpected death of my 36 year old son in McKinney, TX. He was our rock in our time of great need. Immense professionalism! He took the time to grieve with us as we worked through the processes, paperwork, and his complete involvement in attending to my son. He used simple terms that were understandable and was responsive to every request. The ease of having everything under one roof was immeasurable florists and a beautiful coffee shop for our comfort. The majestic chapel took my breath away the flowers from near and far were set up with care and impact around him for the visitation. He took the arm of my son’s young widow at the funeral. For many things, I will never forget Ron Kelly. Throughout this sorrowful time, it was so comforting to know every detail was covered in his reverence for our loss. A man of great character and integrity, I am proud to now call him a friend. He is the epitome of personal service!

Bill Turrentine is a genuine gentleman. My 6 yr old daughter and I were stranded on the side of the road when my car died. He welcomed us in to use the restroom and offered us any thing we wanted from the coffee bar. His hospitality was very appreciated.

Being in a same-sex marriage my wife and I where concerned about the way my last wishes would be handled. We meet with Bill and Bruce and they made us feel comfortable and welcomed. We also meet with Dawn the head florist she was so kind, understanding and patient with us we never felt rushed. The facility in McKinney is very very nice and it's service options were amazing. Thank you so much #TJM you made a very difficult task comfortable and easy.
