Pretty long wait without an appointment but they were able to take care of technical issues we had on several items we brought in by one Apple expert so it was worth it.
This is for when I went last May 2019 they did a good job and speedy repair on my phone the best they could after one of my students broke my phone
Highly recommending this store. They have huge display. Very crowd. So Better to take an appointment before you going this store. It is closer to kids play area.
My family and I have been at this Apple store several times to have different devices worked on. We schedule appointments ahead of time and are promptly helped at our appointment time. The staff here has always been very nice to us. Although always busy and packed, the store is always kept neat and clean.
After visiting twice, it proved impossible to buy an iPhone X in person at this location. The first time I was turned away because my account couldn't be accessed by Apple. The second time I was using a credit card (zero balance) to enroll in the Apple Upgrade Program, but when I accidentally entered my new home address, which does not match to the card, the transaction was declined and the associate told me that he could not help me until the information was updated by my bank. Since it was a banking holiday, I was told that he couldn't help me today. I explained that I had just moved and asked him to re-enter the card information with my old address, but he told me it wouldn't make a difference to Apple. It took less than five minutes to go through the same process online at home, and I was approved immediately for the Upgrade Program. I will be picking up the new phone from this location tomorrow, on my third visit, hopefully without any more "help" from the staff.
Update: I got an immediate email from Apple saying that my order was ready for pick up. When I got to the store, I discovered that they were closing early for the day, but the store was still full of staff and customers. The staff at the door told me they couldn't assist me in picking up an online order because their "system was down for the day". Honestly, I couldn't think of a weaker customer service profile. The Apple Store at Willow Bend Mall is by far the least helpful establishment I've ever felt obligated to deal with.
No Customer Service
Apparently, quality customer service is no longer a foregone characteristic of Apple or the management of this location. As a faithful business customer at this location for almost 14 years, I was told I could not simply exchange my clearly defective wireless keyboard (worse Apple product made), which I purchased less than 60 days ago. Instead, I was told I must wait one hour for a "technician" to reach the same obvious conclusion as myself.
When I spoke to the store Manager by phone after leaving the facility, I was told there was apparently a "communication breakdown". Unfortunately, these same "communication breakdowns" occur more times than not at this location considering the customer service has often been equally as bad. I suppose the management at this Apple location believes they have all the business they need from new customers that they no longer need to take care of us "old faithfuls". Sadly, having previously spent thousands upon thousands for business machines for well over a decade, I will not do business with this location in the future.
Very happy with their service. Very friendly staff. product knowledge and set up is excellent. I did spoke to Ms. Brenda the store manager she refer me to the product specialist Ms."Stran very professional. She is will knowledge to setup my new Apple Mac mini very very happy with her service. Definitely Recommended. Thank you.
They do their best at this store. Some customers demand excellence and forget that these employees are making minimum wage, while the Apple corporate crowds is getting fat!! I give them 5 stars for effort
In my initial transaction with the Apple store at Willow Bend it left me feeling like I wasn't a valued customer. However, when I returned for the second time to return a faulty device, I was paired with the manager Chris. He was extremely apologetic for my first experience and I felt like he went above and beyond to make sure my second experience was exceptional. I would happily be a promoter of this location for any of your Apple needs.
Jonathan is the best asset this store can have! His compassion and understanding while replacing a broken tablet made the whole process swift and painless! Amazing representation of the brand! Thank you so much!

Would be nice if Apple would spend the money for a sign on the front of the store. There is only a silver apple logo on one side of the wall on the inside of the store. Not even on the back wall where you might actually look.
I've had my Apple Watch series 1 an entire 2months now. About two weeks ago I was SITTING on the couch when my watch stopped working and developed a tiny crack. Which then did not allow the screen to function anymore. I have ATT insurance but since the watch was so new we agreed I should try and claim it under warranty.
So we went to this terrible place, where the first tech who greeted us didn't input us correctly so we waited about 30 minutes without being helped since we were not in the system. Then we got Noah.
Oh Noah, how you treated us like you already knew what had happened and did not really want to hear us out. Instead of listening and changing what he wrote, he filled out the paperwork and told me I could call in 3-4 days or they should call me and I would have a chance to talk with them before they repairs my screen defect for a whopping $199. Of which I just paid $269 for the watch in the first place
I made it clear I did not want the watch repaired, just looked at. He assured me they would contact me or I could contact them. It's day 3 since it's been received and it's already fixed and charged to me at, you guessed it, $199.
So not only do I not suggest the store, I do not suggest the product. If it does not hold up for 2 moths after paying $269 then it's not worth the money.
This is definitely a poor way to treat customers. So no, I will not be paying for the watch, nor will I be buying anymore products from Apple. Since we have 5 apple devices, we will be getting rid of them asap. As a consumer I cannot support the lack in customer care, or the support of your product.
Terrible service! I will never return to this store after I get my phone back! After they were late to the appointment I set, we spent 30 minutes to learn my phone needs a battery. I was told warranty didn't cover it, it would be $79 and one hour. I left for an hour and sat in the mall. When I returned I was told it would be another hour to an hour and a half. Who had 3 hours to spend in Apple? I wasted an hour of my time and the apple employees do not seem to care in the least.
What makes it worse is that the store was filled with Apple employees and VERY few Apple customers.
Apple service is what has made me a loyal customer. Everyone has cool phones. If you lose the service, you lose this customer.
Get it together!
6:45 on Wednesday was the earliest appointment I could make, a week and a half in advance. I show up 15 minutes early, they don't check in until 10 minutes before appointment, so don't bother. But they also make you wait 20-30 minutes after the time of your appointment. No respect for timeliness, and no incentive to make an appointment.
I was sent to Sewell who is a sister company of apple, not only were they unable to repair my screen but the technician destroyed it completely because he said the button is an apple only product, he then sent me to an Apple Store on willow bend where the "manager" laughed in my face about getting my phone repaired. I drove 40 miles to get laughed at. Now two weeks later I had to schedule an appointment that requires me to miss work. Android next time
Brian was a big help and was very patient in helping me with my needs! Definitely recommending to friends!
I arrived at the store at about 9:40, two Apple employees were talking at the from of the store. I asked could one of them help me. My daughter started looking at cases on the other side of the store. The sale person was talking to me about my phone then stopped mid sentence to yell " Ma'am I'm going to have to ask you to leave the store !!!" I stated "wait she's with me" "We are closed and no one should be in the store". I stated "ok but we didn't know that and why are you yelling". We left and my daughter was so embarrassed and felt we were treated poorly. While other people were allowed to stay in the store for whatever reason and she got yelled at like she was doing something wrong. I called to speak to a manger but the phone just rung and rung. I will be contacting Corporate about this matter.
I brought in my macbook air because it was not running properly for about a week. They were extremely helpful and patient with me. The technician, Chris, took the time to explain everything to me and give me instructions on what to do if it happened later. Even though no physical repairs were needed, I was prepaired to pay for his time and assistance, but he said it was not necessary. I left their store extremely happy. A+ customer service.
