It's a very nice hospital super clean.the er set up was very different one big room you get pulled into a small on then from there to imaging if need be . It dealt odd but worked well. The same day surgery areas where nice as well

My dads had a few surgeries here in the last year & a half, plus he was in the wound care department several times a month for months on end. This facility is the cleanest we have ever seen, all the staff we have ever felt with has been excellent in regards to his surgeries and wound care, couldn't ask for better care. However one time I took him into the ER and it was horrible, we felt like we were in a hospital in the projects, people laying all over the floor with blankets, packed full, shady looking people all over, and a horribly long wait. I finally packed my dad up and left the ER , I do hope this was an odd situation as we absolutely love the hospital itself, other than the location, and are not fans of halifax or and of their doctors. Would also be nice to have a smaller location located near Port Orange.

Excellent first-name experience. Blood was drawn with perfection, the nurses checked in on me countless times, very efficient. Only had to wait 1 hr before getting into a room.

Doctors, Nurses and Staff were excellent, food good, this was one of the cleanest hospitals I was ever inside. Constant cleaning ! Would highly recommend to anyone needing medical care. THANKS

We had a great experience! DR.Winney Lou was excellent, Dr.Anwer was so wonderful and the rest of the nurses and staff were great! Everyone was attentive on the 3rd floor and treated my husband great! Thank you

Worst experience ever, having a baby and this location. unprofessional staff- nurses. They do not cater to your needs. Made me feel very unsafe.This was my fourth child and the thrid c-section, just moved from Texas, I just can't believe it! Please research the doctor you use from this hospital and ask them about how they perform their procedure. We are talking about life and death. Stay safe!

My mother, Suzanne James, and I were here in Daytona on vacation, she had to have dialysis done in the middle of our trip. When we arrived at the ER we were quickly greeted by courteous and professional staff, and had us in a room. The room itself was immaculate, felt almost like being in a five star hotel room. The staff were quick, and friendly, and my mother just wants to give a huge thank you to everyone who helped her during her stay.

My experience at Florida Hospital was extremely positive. My wait time in the ED was short, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive to me needs, and the environment was calm and clean. I cannot say enough good things about the team at Florida Hospital and would definitely recommend it to those looking for a health care provider.

I took my wife here for a vertigo problemat her doctor's suggestion because they are well equipped. After checking in, she was taken to triage and sent back to the waiting room. We waited patiently because we understand that the purpose of triage is to set the order of admission on the basis of severity of the problem. More than an hour later, she was taken to an examination room where we waited another hour before seeing a doctor. Thankfully, the doctor was efficient and knowledgeable and was able make her recommendations in less than 10 minutes. About an hour later, my wife was given her prescriptions and discharge papers and we left. In short, we spent more than 3 hours for 10 minutes worth of medical treatment. No tests, no scans, nothing but a brief discussion with the doctor. The only reason for 2 stars is the doctor's efficiency. I will never return.

Came here because i found out im pregnant and i was bleeding. I am RH negative, meaning i need a rhogam shot, i have history of misccsriages and an ectopic pregnancy. I suffer from PCOS, PID, MS and have scar tissue on my left ovary and fallopian tube. Im high risk for ovarian cancer. Now, i am a young female so i feel like they just thought i wouldnt have any clue what im talking about. But thats not the case. I know an awful lot about my health. So, I told the RN my concerns and told her im worried a regular urine test wont confirm pregnancy and asked for a blood test. She said Itll work etc and talked to me like im and idiot. Kept asking about my parents. Im a grown woman. I live on my own. Well my urine was mostly blood so i was concerned itd mess up the test. Sbe said no. Came back 10 mins later saying they did 2 tests both negative. Which is BS. and i kept saying thats not right i took 8 at home tests all positive, some very faint. Showed her pictures of test and she said they were negative. Like lady theres clearly two lines there. She insulted my intelligence and told ne im just having a heavy menstrual flow. Which is not the case. I ended going to halifax and they actually listened and checked everything. I have multiple cysts on both my ovaries. I am also pregnant, about 5 weeks. And they are having me come in every 2 days to check my HCG and to look and see if it turns tubal. I thought this was the nice hospital. Having nice equipment doesnt really matter when your staff is rude and ignorant.

Went there took six hours to be seen. Told them how poor I was. So they decided to make all my medicines expensive. 1200 dollars a pill. No Thanks!! So I wasted my time. They aren't getting a dime from me.

We are new to Florida. We had an emergency and chose this hospital. We were so amazed at how efficient the ER process of triage and admittance was. The nurse was so nice and the doctor took his time with explanations of the problem and possible solution. We would definitely go back with any other emergency. We have no knowledge of any other part of the hospital.

Do NOT go to this hospital for any kind of procedure. I went in for a simple procedure and was charged double what I was quoted. Specifically, the facility charged me 2 separate anesthesia fees ($1,060.50 for the anesthesiologist and $1,060.50 for his "assistant"). I have been making monthly payments ranging from $100.00-$300.00 but was STILL sent to collections today! I cant believe this hospital calls itself Christian based.
