Fantastic customer service, from confirming the details around an overseas order to going the extra mile when the recipient wasn't home and unable to be contacted. The 'Make Me Smile' bouqet, does what it says on the label.

This floral shop is by far the BEST in the city!! The flowers are ALWAYS FRESH, customer service is hands down the BEST, and the lady Georgia is so helpful and always has great ideas for the man (like my self) who doesn't know a thing about flowers!!! DEFINITELY a life long customer!!

Very beautiful flower arrangement!! I called twice, first to discuss options and then to order and explain a few preferences. Both gentlemen I talked to were very friendly, helpful and absolutely professional. The flowers were stunning! Wish I knew the name of the designer. Big thanks to all of you!

I callled in at 10:30 to send an arrangement for my wife to her office in Baltimore ( it was our 33rd anniversary). The arrangement was beautiful and my wife absolutely loved them. I requested reds and purples so it had a big rose in full bloom at the center and many smaller roses (and violet stuff) surrounding it (the smaller ones will continue to hit full bloom,so it should last the rest of the week and maybe more). Soooo glad I called these guys.

Lana is a true artist. Our flowers were beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. Our ceremony looked magical thanks to the flowers, Lana actually helped us come up with a plan for our outside decor and our fireplace. And my bouquet was exquisite! Lana was also very flexible and helped us with our price point.

I recently had two sisters in-law that went through a kidney transplant (one donated to the other) and I wanted to make sure they both had flowers. Being on the other side of the country (Oregon), I wasn't sure who to go with but landed on Fleur De Lis after looking at reviews. The ladies at Fleur De Lis went above and beyond. After sending one arrangement and seeing the reaction it got, I went back and doubled my order the next day.The ladies were very accommodating and it's clear they have a passion for their work.

Christine and Lana handled my order beautifully! I ordered a very simple "whimsical" bouquet to be delivered to my mother's office for Mother's Day. They incorporated a few local varieties of flowers into the arrangement at my request and arranged the flowers in a Ball jar for that rustic look. The arrangement was well worth the price ($35) and their service was fabulous. Thanks!!

First of all, flowers were gorgeous! Although the orchid center piece were not exactly as described, they were still very pretty.

I can not say for other staff members, but I would like to comment on Christine Rubin, the owner.
For whatever communications there may have been, it is NEVER acceptable for a vendor to yell at a bride about how upset she is the day before the wedding.

She ended up telling my now husband sorry, but there was NO apology directed to me personally. Even after this experience, I decided to do another business with them because the flowers were so pretty. When I met her in person, she was still very RUDE and UNAPOLOGETIC.

Long story short, their flowers are absolutely beautiful. But for me, it was not worth it to be in tears being yelled at by the one of the vendors the day before our wedding.
