I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in such a stressful situation. The transmission on my previous car unexpectedly went up and I found myself in need of a car ASAP. Everyone I worked with at this dealership was so kind and made my experience painless. I walked out with an amazing car at an affordable price. I couldn’t be more pleased!
Recently went to get my new vehicle and Autumn was amazing. She got me a great deal, was super friendly, and even provided refreshments while I waited. If you are looking to buy definitely ask for Autumn. You won’t be disappointed!
I was satisfied with the service but I do have two comments: 1. the back floor of my car wasn't vacuumed like the front. 2. The price for the servicing was super expensive in my opinion, but I guess everything is expensive these days.
Everyone was very pleasant and courteous!
Please know and understand that i am somebody who knows a lot about cars and has worked in the car business. I know what it is like to be the customer as well as be in the shoes of the salesperson. Though, i did not buy a car from here Dan & Autumn were both great and extremely helpful. Dan the general sales manager was able to get me a pre-approval at a top tier rate and Autumn made sure that the car was ready when arrived. Ultimately, i decided not to buy the car for personal reasons. However, Dan & Autumn both did their jobs. Do not hesitate to do business with either of these two people.
Man I really had a amazing experience here! It was quick, easy, and SECURE. They worked with my credit and have me the BEST deal on my car. ( paid the whole thing off and it was a dud!! I feel safe and truly taken care of in my new Mercedes Benz😂💙😵💫🤑🥳. This car will drastically improve my credit. You see where I’m coming from and where I’m going!!! NOWHERE BUT UP!!
Thank you SO MUCH DAN AND QUYNN
Internet price is bs. They try to swindle you with hidden fees. They added over $1800 in what was considered a “built in price” of their personal protection plan, but yet charge an additional $2500 for a warranty.
On top of that, in my paperwork it stated they were only going to give me $5000 for my trade in that had a much higher value. One guy told me that they were going to give me $8225 for my car, and told me that you have to add the [trade in allowance] to the [payoff to the seller],which the latter has *less* written in front of it. This place is a joke.
I was offered $8500 at another dealership for my car, and the internet trade in value for my car was around $8000 on two separate websites that I checked. When I let them know this information, the guy tried to make my car seem like it was thousands under that worth because it was manual transmission.
After leaving I got a text saying that they would give me $8000 if I made the deal that day. No, thank you! They put multiple hard inquiries on my credit report and wasted my time.
They are crooks and if you go here my best advice is pay attention to the contract because words can say anything, but their words are not what is binding-they try to sucker you in the contract.
First and foremost my experience with Antwerpen was a great one, this is my second vehicle from them the first time the Tuna handle the sales and he made me and my wife feel like we was buying a car and not just looking for a car. This time John (tuna) and Jason got me and my wife into a great car under 2 hours great work and no BS. That professional. If you are in need of a car please give them a try and ask for the Tuna. Thanks again guys!!!!!
Worked with Kenny Pittrell in purchasing my new Audi A4. These guys were very easy to work with and definitely cared to show you both hospitality when you arrive and care during the entire process. I highly enjoyed going through Antwerpen and recommend them to any and all looking to purchase a new car!
Made the 1+ hour drive on a holiday morning to see what looked like a good deal. Test drove it and was interested. They asked what I wanted my payment to be. I told them the rate and terms would determined that but shared my expectation. They miraculous came in a few dollars under my desired monthly payment. BUT, at a much higher rate than I was entitled to and at a 2 yr longer term than I had assumed. They do this to cover the BS fees they add, most notably the $1500 "reconditioning" fee. They make it sound like the fee is state mandated but it's the $70 inspection that's required, not the $1500 of free money they want from you. They wasted my morning and unnecessarily ran my credit. If you're used car shopping always ask about processing/reconditioning fees before you waste your time with bait-and-switchers like Antwerpen. Antwerpen preys on uninformed buyers with high interest rates, longer-than-prudent terms and hidden fees. They are in my opinion an unethical enterprise. Way to go Jack.
Bought a used car 3 weeks ago, shortly after the breaks started squeaking. Took it to my mechanic who is also a long time friend, he said I need back brakes and rotors and that there was no way this car passed inspection in this condition. Took it back to Antwerpen, they claim nothing is wrong, did another inspection and claim they can't hear the noise that I'm hearing. They won't fix it and want to charge me. I'm not happy with this outcome so I speak to the GM Matt about it. He personally drives my car and says he hears nothing. I leave to go home unhappy with this diagnosis and the brakes squeak all the way there!! They made thousands off of me and now they're being shady!! And It's a cheap fix! Terrible customer service! The only person worth anything in the whole building is the secretary Rachel. She is awesome and has great customer service but the rest of them are shady and will take advantage! Especially of women!! Not happy at all! Don't let them take advanyage of you too!!!
I live over an hour from the dealership, so when I found a vehicle I was interested in purchasing, I reached out via e-mail to discuss what they would be willing to offer on my trade-in. I offered all of the pertinent details of my trade, along with what I was looking to finance total (I knew I'd be including negative equity from my trade-in). After at least 6 back-and-forth e-mail exchanges, in which two different sales persons asked me to provide information I had already provided, or just didn't respond, I called the dealership. The sales person I spoke with was very helpful, and indicated they'd be able to offer "$9-$10k" for my trade, which was an acceptable range, so I made the trip. I test drove the vehicle I was interested in, and although the condition was not quite how it appeared online, I was comfortable with it. After asking the sales person if we could take a look at what they'd be willing to offer for my trade, he asked for some information to complete "appraisal forms". Included in this information was my social security number, which I expressed concern over providing just to get a trade-in offer. Since I assumed I'd be purchasing the vehicle, which would require my SSN eventually, that was fine - although still not normal practice - I've never been asked to provide my SSN prior to initiating a credit check. The sales person collected some information, then went to speak with the sales manager. Both returned, and the sales manager asked what I was looking to finance. I told him (the same figure I had provided to the sales person I spoke to via phone, who indicated it was feasible), and he said we were too far apart. He said he would be able to sell my trade-in for $7-$8k; according to Kelly Blue Book and NADA, my trade-in was worth about $11k, with the retail value being about $14k. I explained to him that I had spoken with someone over the phone who indicated a much higher value, more in line with what I had found. His response was "I'm the manager, so I'm the one who makes the offer". Although their figures were WAY off, I have no problem with not being able to reach a deal. What infuriates me is that I was lured there under the impression that a deal was possible, when in fact it was nowhere close to possible. Don't waste your time!
If I were able to give less than one star I would. This place is the worst. They actually sold a car I bought for my business after they had received payment from the finance company. It took several days of me asking about why the car had not been delivered before they finally admitted it. Corporate office was no help. The sales manager is ghettowalking around in skinny jeans Really? In a professional setting?! I wouldn't buy a car for my worst enemy there! Simply Terrible!
Poor negotiation tactics by sales person. Outrageous hidden fees. Don't even bother
The service I received was beyond my aspectations. My sales consultant JaVaughn Walker did an excellent job. I really didn't have an idea of what type of car I wanted. The only thing I kept saying was "I just need something that's gonna to get me to work during this Maryland snow"! He wasn't pushy at all and that's what I appreciated the most. We did the paperwork, next thing I know he had keys in his hand saying let's checkout your new car Ms.Bragg! Thanks to JaVaughn, I'm now a proud owner of a 2016 Jeep Compass. Now I'm fully prepared for the snow lol. Thank you!
From Ms. Copes. My experience with my salesman JaVaughn Walker was excellent today. He went above and beyond to get me approved for not just one but two cars. He was very knowledgeable professional patient and courteous. I would reommend you go see him and he will treat you very well. Thank you again JaVaughn!!!
Very friendly and welcoming staff! Tavon Pittman is honestly the best salesman I've worked with! He's honest and straight forward. He worked his magic to meet my goal. Go see Tavon today!
Jake helped me a lot on advice and price. Clean and nice environment, friendly and professional service. After we agreed on the price, I took the car out of the door just for an hour, time including all the paper work and insurance. Would recommend this place if you are looking for a clean used car with reasonable price that's in good shape.
