Words cannot describe how wonderful my experience was with Enchanted Petals. I live in another state and wanted to surprise my friend with a bouquet of flowers for her impromptu wedding in Baltimore. Avalon went above and beyond to find the perfect roses to match the Bride's dress and insisted she see a photo of the dress. She was able to order and prepare the roses within 24 hours notice and was kind to me from start to finish. Definitely a business that takes pride in their work. Will use them again and recommend them to everyone and anyone!

I called last minute at 5:15 from Indiana to get an arrangement delivered the next day for my Mother In Law for her birthday/retirement. The lady I spoke with was great! With very few details she created EXACTLY what I was hoping. Thank you so so very much, she LOVED it!!!

Never got flowers from them but the service was definitely 1 star worthy. I called with a last minute request, therefore I was very flexible with flower type and price- just wanted specific colors. The woman continued raising her voice asking what specific flowers I wanted when I told her I was very flexible and it was more a matter of time constraint. She was so rude and continued speaking to me like I was stupid. I told her “thank you for your time, have a nice day” and she continued talking about how my request wasn’t something she was able to do. I was understanding of that because of this being last minute but there was zero reason for her to be so rude and act offended by my request.

Lisa created the most beautiful florals for my wedding while working within a limited budget and short time frame. With very little direction from me, she put together a gorgeous bouquet that smelled so heavenly and was just magical in photos (I'll post them when I get them!). Guests were praising me on my floral selections. I am looking forward to future floral needs so I can work with Lisa again.

I ordered flowers last minute the week of Mother's day and Avalon took my idea and ran with it. She provided suggestions to help me stay within budget when I found out the flowers I wanted were more expensive than expected. She was personable, friendly, and very helpful. I would definitely use this florist again!

My honey bought me a beautiful bouquet of sunflowers and sadly they were three quarters dead and gone by Monday I called and spoke with Sarah and she was very happy to have a new set delivered to my job the very next day! I am pleased, as a lover of sunflowers I was so sad to see the state of these but I'm hopeful that tomorrow they will deliver me a fresh set :) thank you for sticking by your product. I will post another review as soon as I get my new ones.

I worked with Avalon from Enchanted Petals upon recommendation of the Baltimore Hilton. In a span of one day, she was able to design and deliver an incredibly beautiful arrangement to my mother's hotel for her birthday while she was on vacation (we live in SC). Avalon was personable, helpful and extremely accommodating. When there was a snag with my original order, I was immediately contacted with a resolution and kept abreast of the entire process. I can not recommend Enchanted Petals enough. Thank you for helping make my mother's day special!

I want to Thank Enchanted Petal, My son was going to a sweetheart in dance in february and I called a shop order the flowers and the lady said they would be there till 9pm , I arrived at 5pm shop was closed, I placed call to the owner she said, OH! I had to leave and Ill put something together, Me: Ugh No but the Life saver Enchanted Petal at the last minute waited for me to get to her shop past closing hours and created the best flower arrangement for my sons sweetheart dance and for that I'am a new found customer for Life. My wife was staying in Baltimore and Avalon helped me order an arrangement to be delivered to her hotel. She had to change hotels last minute and I didn't hear about it until the next day. Enchanted Petals went the extra mile picking up the arrangement at the wrong hotel, returning to the shop to freshen it and delivering to the right hotel.

My wife tells me they are amazing and beautiful! Great service! Great product! Great people to work with!
