Chris Brown is the best car salesman I've ever dealt with, hands down! He's the ONLY sales person that isn't pushy, actually helped me find what was best for ME, and listened to every detail in order to help me make the best decision. Between Chris, Brandon and Carter, this has been the most seamless purchasing process I've ever experienced. They're true to their word and genuinely want to help; they treated me like a customer, not just a number. I bought my Sonata from them a week ago today and will definitely be back!

My husband and I had been looking outside of Mid Ga for our next vehicle so when he told me we were going to Five Star Hyundai in Macon I was not excited. We have had many issues with many different Five Star locations in the past and I didn't want to go through it all over again. But we went and I'm so glad we did. Keith Harrell and Brandon were excellent! Their customer service is impeccable and I recommend this Five Star location to anyone looking for a new vehicle. It is not the typical car dealership experience, I felt like they actually cared about our needs. Keith, Brandon and Five Star Hyundai need to be recognized for their customer service. Two months ago, My Wife and I bought 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe. I dealt with Albert and Carter. Communication with them was very effective and prompt which I really adore. Although my payment plan was a little above budget due to hidden charges but they compensated me with some good deal on service for a long time. I will recommend them anytime to anyone. Thanks guys

Have had a number of car buying experiences in my day. I can tell you working with Five Star Hyundai of Macon was hands down the best most pleasant one I have ever had, bar none. If you are looking for the "in your face" hard sell sneaky tactics that have been stereotypically associated with auto dealerships and auto sales people, you should go else where. My wife and I where treated with respect and dealt with honestly and in a polite manner. Carter Chamblee and Albert Sykes have to be two of the most helpful, knowledgeable and great to work with dealership professionals I've met, ever. They worked hard to earn our business but yet did it in a way that wasn't over the top or in our face. Their finance guys too-- are second to none. We live in Atlanta, but drove to Macon to purchase our Hyundai from these guys, and they will absolutely be my first call for our next car purchase. Atlanta is saturated with dealerships, but I would drive down to Macon to do business with these guys again in a heartbeat. They just flat out know their stuff and know how to treat people!

I recently bought a brand new Hyundai Sonata from Five Star Hyundai. I was greeted by Albert, who wasted no time meeting my needs. He made the buying process a breeze and answered any questions that I had and even called me the next day to ask how I was enjoying my new car! My wife and I went to look at a 2014 Ram Crew Cab, we were met outside the door by Mary Heath the salesperson, she brought the truck to the front door and showed us the many features of the truck, On the test drive she explained many features while driving. Afterwards we sat down and was greeted by the Sales Manager asking about our trade and if we liked the truck, the entire time there as no "pressure to buy", I asked certain question on the gear ratio for towing and Mary printed out the actual window sticker. It was exactly what I wanted. The transaction was simple and no harassment by either sales person. Mary went above the call to make sure this was the truck to fit our needs. Very nice and polite young lady, if I had to buy again I would be sure that Mary is our sales person.
