Our son bought a truck from Tom Hicks and had a wonderful experience. Tom even came in on a Sunday afternoon to finalize the sale with our son. We were very impressed and when in the market for a truck, we thought of Tom Hicks. He is a great salesman to work with and made our first truck buy experience very easy and great.

Purchased a car from Casey on 12/18/17 and had a good experience. He had the car ready for a test drive as soon as I got there and there weren’t any games with the negotiations. I gave him my number, he came back with a reasonable offer, and then lowered it to just above what I was trying to get to. Very pleased with his service

Elvis Randolph is the most awesome sales professional ever. I've bought 3 vehicles from him. No pressure and very professional. Can't find any better. You can buy here with confidence.

Had an awesome experience with my salesman Casey Hicks at Five Star Ford Lincoln today. Casey's customer service and satisfaction was above and beyond. His product knowledge was impeccable as well. If you're looking to buy a car, go and see this guy. I have bought many vehicles from many dealerships. By far, Casey was the best Salesman I have ever dealt with. Go see this guy!

My car threw a rod and was totally ruined. I was devastated. Jerry Gray,a salesman at Five Star, assisted me in getting a new car that I was not planning to buy at this time. He was helpful before and after the sale. He was very patient with all the questions and worries, and even called me when he found an item in my old car that he thought I might need. I appreciated his help in what was, for me, an unexpected purchase. I got a really nice car thanks to Jerry. Everyone at Five Star has been very nice and helpful. I have bought 3 cars from Five star now; I would recommend Five Star and Jerry Gray to anyone!

Jerry Gray is an outstanding Sales Professional. I have purchased several cars from the 5 Star Dealerships in Warner Robins, Ga., and he is by far the best Sales Professional that I have had the pleasure of showing and explaining all functions of the vehicle to me. He is friendly, personnel oriented, knows all aspects of the vehicle and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. Five Star Ford is very fortunate to have Jerry Gray as their Sales Professional. I highly recommend that anyone interested in purchasing a Ford/Lincoln vehicle, request that Jerry Gray be their Sales Professional.

My car had blown a head gasket and I needed a new one ASAP to be able to get back and forth from 2 jobs AND 2 year old back and forth to Daycare. My mother had saw this BEAUTIFUL 2008 Mazda so we went to check it out. Mr. Kenny Harris was my sales person and so far he's the BEST one I've had and I've been looking for a car for a WHILE. Not only did he communicate with me through out the whole process but he even made sure I had all the paperwork ready and the car ready as soon as I arrived (I don't live in Warner Robins). They were very welcoming and I'll refer EVERYONE to them. Great first dealership experience.

Todd Keene is awesome salesperson. He listened to what we needed and then produced exactly what we were looking for. The atmosphere of the dealership was friendly and inviting. We met the manager and service manager, both as friendly as Todd. All were very professional and we will highly recommend to friends. Also earned our return business.

I went car shopping yesterday at Five Star Ford for a new car for my daughter. It was one of my best car shopping experiences. My salesman Shane Harris was very informative and patient. I appreciated his openness during our buying experience. We left very happy and satisfied with our new car. I'm proud to be a longtime family member of Ford. If you're in the market for a new car, stop by Five Star Ford and ask for Shane Harris!

I really enjoyed my experience in purchasing a new vehicle at this dealership.
Trent Barnes is really a great guy and worked hard to get us a good deal.
We got a great trade in price and the new vehicle is like new, but still priced a bit below bluebook.
I must also mention the great work of Janelle Angel. She really knows her stuff about finance. She even offered some words of wisdom about the finance process, credit scores and helped us get a great extended warranty at a great price.response / report this review -

Dominic Turner & Elvis Randolph made buying my "first" car a wonderful and smooth experience. I was literally in & out leaving with the car of my dreams 😍 I was welcomed at the front door and everyone inside & standing out was nice and friendly. I am loving my new 2017 Mustang! Dominic was patient and willing to answer any question I had. I went to the dealership late in the evening and wasn't able to get my car detailed before I left b/c the guys we're already gone @ 7, but no worries!! Mr. Turner asked me to drop my car off the next day, sent me back to work in a lien car and he personally dropped off my clean, spotless mustang back at my job. Now that's customer service 👌🏾 I recommend "Five Star Ford Lincoln" to anyone who's looking for a new or certified used vehicle. Thanks again Five Star Ford Lincoln!

My experience at Five Star Ford in Warner Robins, GA was extremely satisfying. I have been a Ford customer for over 37 years and never been treated so well. This is the second car that I have bought from my salesman Shane and he has treated me with the utmost respect and has never pressured me and buying either vehicle. He work with me to get me the best deal possible. He knew what kind of vehicle that I would like in that was the 2013 Ford Mustang Shelby Cobra GT500. I am so happy with this purchase that I would recommend anybody to go to Five Star. All the people that I dealt with there was very courteous and professional. I give them five stars and well deserved.

Alvin Robinson does it again.outstanding customer service for Five Star Ford Warner Robins, GA!!!! It was great to see Alvin's hard work come to fruition with his promotion to Manager of the Quick Lane. Congrats! I took my Ford F-150 into the quick lane last week and Alvin and the crew took care of me. Andrew, the service technician did an outstanding job as well taking care of my truck. I am traveling quite a bit for work and they pointed out my tires getting really worn and border line dangerous so they recommended a great set of tires. They also did a inspection to ensure my vehicle didn't need anything else. They identified two bad tire pressure sensors as well so it was good to get those fixed. The staff there in the quick lane is always friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough when it comes to my vehicle. Keep up the great work! I will gladly keep giving my business to Five Star with folks like Alvin and Andrew working there.
