My husband and I purchased a Motorhome in April 2015 from Mid State. Since that time we have returned it many times for repairs. The front AC has been replaced twice. Asked them to check it and they sent us home saying all was well. We went to Florida the next week and guess what. No air. Had to go right back the day after we got home. The frig door and bathroom sinks are rusted. We were told to buy a cleaner and clean it ourself. We had to pay $150.00 to repair a shower leak because we were in Texas at the time of the problem. (Occurred on Sunday evening) The lights under the awning did not work and we were told whoever put them on did it incorrectly. Guess who put them on. Yep-mid state. These are a few of the problems and it is a 2 1/2 hour drive from our home. We will find another dealer next time we look. I have to say the motorhome we bought was brand new and is designed poorly. Coachman. Not a great brand. That was our mistake.

Great service dept, just make sure you go over line item by line item to make sure your unit is equipped as stated on sheet. Our unit was to have a tv outside with DVD. Got home and if is a standard tv. Returned and talked to sales and was told if a disclaimer that stated items may not be on all units even though our description sheet had in ALL CAPS this unit comes with ALL options listed. Was never told or shown a disclaimer statement stating units may not be as described. There were a few items not on unit we can live without but we wanted the outdoor entertainment unit as described. Basically all they said was Sorry.

Awesome place and awesome people. Bought our first travel trailer from them and went back yesterday and traded our old trailer in on a new one. They will treat you right.

Wanted to thank Mid-State RV for the recent warranty service performed on our 2016 Coachmen Pursuit. I especially want to thank Christy Bishop who ensured everything was done properly as requested. She was very pleasant and professional. She also made sure the work was done in a very timely manner. I hope all my future experiences with them are as good as this one was.

Did a great job on my class C motor home. Had to have the ECO coating reinstalled after 2 years. Has a 5 years warranty. They took care of it without a big to do. Wish I hadn't needed to though. The stuff worked great for almost two years. The people here are great.

I was passing through and hit a low overhang with my 5th wheel. I had to get a professional opinion and a temporary fix so that I could get to my destination. These folks bent over backwards to help me out and put a temporary fix on my unit within 2 hours of my first call. I am so impressed with the level of service I would recommend Mid-State to anyone! A special Thank You to Vicky, she was fantastic!

I drop my RV off on the 5th of November to get damages caused by Camping World of Macon fixed. My awning also needed fixed. I went back the 29th of December to pick it up. I was told that the repairs were completed. They replaced the awning and had not completed the repaires on the cap. The trim on the left side of the cap and the trim that runs over the top of the cap were not even touched. I talked to the manager he said they'd take care of it. So I left the camper there and drove the hour and a half home witout my camper. Three hours of driving in the rain for nothing. I ended up going back 28 January to pick up my camper. The trim that goes over the top of the cap was not touched. The trim down the side was repaired . It was not the best repair job either. After listening to their excuses about how the insurance company didn't tell him to fix it and they thought they'd done a complete repair job I was getting very frustrated with their incompetence. Eventually the manager came over and cleaned up some of the trim and painted it with white paint. After that I took my camper and left. I would caution anyone else to steer clear of this business and spend their hard earned money somewhere else. I've added photos of what they consider a complete repair job. I did not see them on this site. Maybe I can't load them I'm not sure. If anyone can help me i would appreciate it.

The only reason they got one star is because I couldn't give them zero. I consigned my diesel pusher with them. It took them over a month to get it on the lot and I never felt that they even tried to sell my unit. I was assured when I left it with them that they could get my price in a reasonable amount of time. To top it all off I ended up trading my unit at another dealer and when I went to pick it up all of my camping gear had been "thrown away". This included a over $500 worth of gear. When I questioned them about it they admitted that they never called me and asked me to come and get my "trash" but took it upon themselves to get rid of it. They told me it was my fault and would not replace any of it. I wouldn't trust these guys with anything. They are not honest and I can assure you that you will lose if you question them. If you want to get the short end of the stick go see Midstate RV in Byron!

Great selection of new and used RVs/Campers. Wonderful staff. They even take you through a detailed several hour walk through of your new RV so you won't leave with and doubts or questions on how it works or it's features.
