I've used Jean and Hall Florist for several years now. I'm in Washington, DC and have to trust the florist to creates beautiful flower arrangements and to deliver them on the day I request to family and friends in my hometown of Macon. So helpful and nice! A+ for customer service. I am from out of town and was trying to order flowers for a funeral. I had no idea as to where the service will be. I called every funeral home in the Macon area. I called Jean and Hall's to see if they may have a way of knowing. The very sweet lady offered to see what she could find out and call me back. She did just as she said and even offered information for a florist closer to the facility since the service will be held in another city. They went above and beyond for me and made my day!

Beautiful bouquet for Valentines Day. I walked in mid-afternoon and Valerie helped me to select a beautiful arrangement and 90 minutes it was ready for pickup. It was not your typical red roses but contained a collection of flowers in favorite colors. Well done!

Ordered a rose bouquet for my wife's birthday and when it was delivered it was even better looking than the picture on their website. It was also delivered before lunch! My wife loved the flowers! Thanks for the great product and service! (photo is the actual flowers that were delivered)

I called several times to make sure the correct order was placed. Each time the employees assured me they had the information correct. They even read it back correctly.
Come to find out after two confirmations they still got it wrong.
Although the arrangement was nice it was NOT what I asked for.
If you order from them make sure you do it in person and NEVER over the phone. There is something that is seriously lacking when taking phone orders.

I recently called from Athens Ga to order flowers for my great aunt's funeral. I can't say enough about how helpful and friendly they are. They spray they arranged was stunning. They are very careful with the details and make sure that you get great service and a beautiful arrangement.HIGHLY recommended!
