We bought a Chevrolet there from them and the service is fantastic. It used to really be slow in the service department but they have made some changes. The changes that they have made has really sped up your wait. They have a waiting room for the service department with a coffee maker snack machines, and television.

They will harass you and blow up your phone everyday! Also when I had my last oil change they went through my glove compartment and made a mess that they didn't clean up and Austin in the service department was rude with no customer service skills.

They have a good service team. My service took the average time, I have not had an issue with quality. What i have an issue with is the advisor I was speaking with was to get back with me with an appointment for the rep to look at the dents on my truck for repair. I was told they only come in on Fridays and I still have not been called. Two Fridays have passed.

Great dealer! Great service! Dropped my car off without an appointment and they fixed the issue. Took me to work and even brought the car to my house since I didn't have any other way of picking it. Amazed!!!!

The people there are absolutely amazing. My husband and I came in right before time to close and the crew stayed open late to assure that we drove off in a new vehicle. Mr. Tookes and Mr. Warren were extremely knowledgeable. I felt like I was more than just another sale to them, I felt like family.

I was asked to apply there by a person named Kyle, he loved my credentials. I got there had to fill out another application. A trainer from Maryland named Jere was a big disappointment. They wanted me to start training tomorrow with no consideration of anything you might already have planned. Even though their ad for help said to dress professional, they will only accept company Polos or white shirt, dark tie, dark pants, dark dress shoes, FUNERALL HOME ATTIRE! Also if you go through 3 days of training, it does not guarantee you a job. They are rude and don't follow their own rules. They will tell you your attire is not acceptable when it's never been a problem anywhere else. You only get two weeks paid training, then you better sell. Despicable place, try someplace else. Hopes this helps the public.

My experience at Jeff Smith was a pleasant one. Everyone there was very friendly and dedicated to making sure my experience their was as comfortable and one like no other. My sales representative was very helpful and made sure she understood my needs and sure after the sale was final walked me through the setup options for my new vehicle. First of all I'm not the type to leave a bad review on any business, but this place is horrible, the sales men are liars, very disrespectful and don't care anything about customers.
I went to this place looking to purchase a truck for my husbands birthday, I spoke with a sales guy, I explained to him I was a business owner and I have bank statements, taxes, he told me I was guarantee to get approved because I had the income and the credit, I also told him I didn't want my credit to be run a whole lot, he said they will do a soft credit check my credit it will be run 1 time and that they go through robins financial and I should not have a problem, I sat there for 2 hours nothing back yet he was all over the place, I told him I had to leave to work so call me let me know what the bank says, he said ok, I didn't hear anything from him for like 5 hours so I called, he told me I was approved what color truck I wanted and he will see what he have available and will call me back, I got a call back from a female 2 minutes later telling me I needed a co-signer I was like for what? I have income and credit, she said she just letting me know, so I spoke with the finance manager he told me I wasn't approved because I'm a business owner and I don't have a w-2 and he can't approved me on my bank statement or my 1099 or any type of business tax forms, that made no sense to me, not to mention my credit got run 15 times, even after I was told it would only be run once, these guys don't give a crap about their customers, the manager never called me back, so I called back today to ask can a business owner who file taxes get approved for a vehicle with a good credit score they told me yes, just bring a copy of my income taxes and bank statements and it should not be a problem, I told him I did last week and I was told it was not allowed he laugh and hanged up in my face. This is the most unprofessional car dealership I have ever been to.

On the way back to MI from Florida the engine failed on the highway at Byron GA, the home of Jeff Smith Chevrolet. We were very pleased with how friendly and helpful everyone was thru the entire process of having a new engine installed. We put a lot of faith and trust into them as we live so far away and they came thru for us.
