These folks really take care of their customers. See Rodney Tolbert the salesman, for the best prices, knowledge and customer service! He took good care of us and I would recommend him to everyone looking for a car!

During the sale everything is good but taking care of the customer beyond the sale is an unbelievable experience. I purchased a vehicle and within a week the check engin light came on. I took it back to the dealership twice and was told to come back again. I expressed that due to my work schedule I cannot continue with the back and forth. I requested a loaner vehicle so I could leave my car there for the to diagnose and repair. Needless to say "they didn't have any". I asked if I could set an appointment to bring the car back at a later date due to I'm at work before they open and most times I don't get off until it's almost closing time for the service department. I was denied an appointment. The service advisor showed no regard for any of my concerns. I called another dealership and despite the fact that I did not purchase the car from them they were willing to set an appointment for me to bring the car in, have a loaner on site and fix the issue. Needless to say I won't be purchasing from them again and I will be sure to share my experience.

Owen Hoskins assisted us in buying our first car. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t mind us asking a million questions. He was able to get us in and out very quickly making the process stress free. Owen got us an amazing deal and would recommend him to all my friends and family. Thanks Owen for your assistance.

Do not purchase from them. Very unprofessional. Saw a car that I was going to purchase but could not visit the dealership for another week since I am coming from out of state. I told Rodney the earliest I would be able to come up and sign paperwork was a week from Friday and I asked him if I could leave a deposit on the vehicle. I asked him both on Saturday morning and Monday morning and he told me no. He then texted me Monday night and told me that someone else had placed a deposit on the vehicle and would pick it up Thursday. He was very nice and answered my questions during our initial phone call but was very difficult to communicate with thereafter. He told me several instances that he would call me concerning my questions but he would text me short responses and then tell me he’s “gotta go.” I also had to ask him several times for him to send me the estimate of the final price. The car I was interested in had an issue with the leather in the driver’s seat. I asked him if he would be able to fix the seat before Friday and he told me he would look into getting it fixed only if i was interested in buying it. Disappointed in the lack of customer service.

5 star for service, friendly and quick to welcome. Gave us a time the car would be finished. Comfortable chairs, a kiosk to order drinks and snacks.

What a great experience we had at Riverside Ford!!! They were patient and not pushy. We looked at several different ones and changed our minds several times and they were great!!! A big shout out to Owen and Elvis for their outstanding and professionalism!!

Just bought a 2015 Ford Expedition from Cody Durden and I have to say the experience was great. I drove 4+ hours to see this vehicle and Cody, Ray, and the boys stayed really late to help me out. John also helped tremendously the next day making sure we had everything we needed. We bought a wonderful truck and I'll certainly look to them in the future.

Before I went to Riverside Ford, I went to Ford Fitzgerald dealership in my town. Let's just say Riverside Ford went far and beyond my expectations. I wouldn't have needed to go to another dealership if they weren't doing a good job. Hence the reason we went to Macon in search. Quick, easy, friendly, and extremely professional. Tony Deerman was our sales rep and he covered all bases for us, go us into a great deal. We came at 2 and left at 6!! So fast! We were able to trade our old vehicle in for a great deal without having to be upside down on our loan. Hands down the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car. Go to Riverside Ford and ask for Tony! He's funny and easy going!!! He makes you feel comfortable the whole process in purchasing a new vehicle. Thank you Riverside Ford!!

Went to Riverside Ford to look around an see what they had on lot, ready to buy Explore or SUV type, 3 salesman came out door smoke a cigarette, I walked around some more looking waiting for someone to come out an ask can they help me, for 10 mins. Seen 2 more salesman walk across lot went into office. No one ever came to me an asked if they could help. So I left, went to Five Star Ford in Warner Robins. Guess they like selling cars more than Riverside Ford, Go to Five Star they will treat you right.

I had an amazing experience. They didn't pressure me at all, just worked really hard to find exactly what I wanted in my budget! It's my second vehicle I have purchased from them and I love it! I'd recommend Riverside Ford to anyone looking for a new car. Rodney Tolbert and Earl Byers are the salesmen that worked with me and they were amazing!

"Very friendly staff. Explained process and made me feel welcome. Did not get a survey for my salesman Earl Byers, that I bought the truck from, but wanted to take this time to throw a little something in here for him. He was a great sales guy that took the time to listen to what my interests were and went out of the way to make the purchase a pleasant one. I will buy more vehicles in the future from Riverside and will look for Earl when I do."

Late yesterday evening I believe was the best experience I've ever had in buying a car. Not only was my sales person knowledgeable but friendly and professional. Larry Dumas has been in the car business for some time now and my transaction was smooth and fast. Shout out to Service Advisor Debbie and an unknown mechanic for helping me move all my work junk from my old vehicle to another vehicle even though the service area was closed. I recommend any and all services from Riverside Ford! Thanks Guys!!!
