I worked with Chad on getting some tires for my Highlander. He not only matched the price of Wal-Mart, but actually beat them by a significant amount! Further, he was able to get me an awesome deal on a new/used spare tire! Really, every encounter I've had with discount tire as a whole has been beyond excellent. They aren't quick, but I would rather good service over expedited lies! I highly recommend them for any of your tire needs!

I have bought tires here for about ten years. I will not buy tires anywhere else. The staff is friendly and professional. The quality of the tires is outstanding. You feel like you can trust these professionals and their product. They take the time yo talk with and find the best product for your vehicle. This is the best place in middle GA to buy tires.

Service is awesome a very quick, but the problem I had was regarding an order I placed for tires. I ordered the tires on Saturday afternoon in which they had said they would be in by Tuesday or Wednesday. I called Wednesday morning and they had said that the tires were in route, I called again Friday again I was told they were in route. I finally waited until Monday and called when I asked about my tires there exact words were "what tires". I was a little upset in which they tried to fix the problem they convinced me to go to the store and see a set of tires they had in stock, I went and looked at the tires in which they weren't anything like I wanted but had no choice to put them on because the wire was already showing on my tires. They did lower the price of the tires to the existing price of the tires I had wanted but all in all it's hit or miss.

First impressions are everything and this team has it!! From Shawn (I believe was his name), taking my call to Chad at the desk, and even the gentleman whom gave me my Jeep back, this experience exceeded any expectations I ever could have had. The professionalism and courtesy radiates from this place. I live in TN, but have already talked to my spouse about bringing our car here to get the new tires on our trip in August. Thank you all!!!

Absolutely amazing service. This review will NOT do it justice. Honestly still shocked by the exemplary service that we received from this tire shop. Very rare to get such PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE nowadays ( especially when dealing with your vehicle). The store is run by Paul. He was straight forward honest, Christian man and was very understanding of our situation. He truly works with the customer and genuinely values you as the customer, wont oversell you. It all started because we've been on the road traveling and we walked in to get a flat/slow leak looked at or possibly fixed and yet out we were, completely finished within 20 total minutes. TWENTY MINUTES!! 2 brand new and 2 (very much like new) used tires, with installation and everything! Gave my wife and I the deal of a lifetime. Got much more than we expected going from originally fixing a flat to then all 4 tires being replaced, all at a price we couldn't refuse! They even have huge windows in the waiting area so the customers can see everything going on in the shop while your vehichle is being worked on. Discount Tire was truly a great discount compared to online or ANY other tire shops in GA. They were very well staffed and they were all very friendly. You NEVER EVER see places staffed this well. It was very clear as they got right to it. NO WAITING TIME! VERY VERY IMPRESSIVE! Highly highly recommend!! LITERALLY CANT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT THIS SPECIFIC SHOP. 10 STARS IF WERE POSSIBLE! This is an excellent business establishment. Usually there is a line of people because of the good customer service. The staff is friendly and willing to help you select a set of tires that fit your needs.
I've been a few times and have been happy with the service. Sometimes the wait is a bit long, but that is to be understood from a busy establishment. Best to set an appointment to resolve this.
I've recently gotten my tires balanced and the ride quality is night and day. Really helps with ride comfort and quietness. Great job.
My hat goes off to Mr. Paul Nicolosi. There was an issue with the installation, which I don't find a problem because mistakes happen. The real success story is how mistakes are handled. Paul Nicolosi was able to rectify the problem and do so quickly. No hassle and honest transactions. I really appreciate that.

Thank you for the awesome service provided, while your store was packed you managed to have my wife in and out in 30 minutes with 4 new tires for a little over 600 while sears here had quoted off brand tires and labor to a little over 1600 stating 400 was for a tire rotation hillarous) Once again a big thank you for not trying to take advantage of customers and for the great service if possible I would give you more stars.

If you don't mind getting ripped off.. this is a good place to go. They will force the most expensive tire on you possible. Reminds me of a car dealorship. Save your self atleast $300 by doing your own research.

I always get good service, good product'sjust wish the line at the counter was shorter or there was expedient process for tire rotations with an existing account.

Update:
Separate visit to purchase tires for a different car. Staff is very good about walking you through options. As I waited for the tires to be installed I observed a number of transactions. Everyone of the staff gave high quality service.

I still think the front desk is understaffed a bit as there were normally 2-3 prior waiting in line.

They also offer free coffee and bottled water to customers.

This is my go to place anyway
Sign says they were voted number 1 tire installer by local telegraph readers.
