This company is incredibly unprofessional. Jeff continues to make excuses about why the work takes so long, and will never call you back. I made an appointment that was three weeks out, and my car has been in the shop for four weeks. They are understaffed and continue to take on more business than They can handle.

Took my car this morningit had a really bad parking lot dent. I must admit I was a bit sceptic at first and didn't think it would ever look the same and wasn't about to spend $1000 on a door. These guys do amazing workmy door looks brand new and you can't tell where the dent wasnothing short of amazing. I highly recomend First Aid Auto and they took care of it in only one hour. This will be my to go place going forward.

I highly recommend taking your vehicle to First Aid Auto. I brought my PT Cruiser in for minor dent repair and headlight restoration so that I could put it on the market. Not only did my car come back to me looking several years newer, but I was able to sell it the very same day! Should my new vehicle ever need a little TLC, I will certainly be coming back to First Aid Auto. Thank you again for your hard work and unwavering integrity.

Great work form this place. They did a paintless dent removal job for me on site in a couple of hours. They removed 3 dents and you can't even tell they were there. They also do a great job detailing cars.

I had hail damage all over my car! These guys made it look brand new. They even fixed a dent in my door from a shopping cart. It was like magic, they pushed the dents right out and didn't have to paint or anything. Jeff at the front desk was very helpful and I had my car back in just 2 days! Way quicker than my other quote. I was so happy that I had them detail the car too. I'll never take my car anywhere else for body work or detailing. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Thanks First Aid Auto! My car looks great again!
