Went in yesterday to look at a Nissan Quest van that I went back to see today was told it was at the detail shop that's my reason for return today. The van had scratches all over the hood and driver's side one I said not interested I ask about a Nissan rogue on there website site was told it was at another dealership so another customer could see it. Then I look at another rogue that was more money I felt like I was being pushed into a car that cost more money. Just felt like they were trying to upgrade me to more money after I had told them what I wanted to pay for a car. Was not very happy with experience there would like to buy from local dealership but not from someone who trys to upgrade you to more money after I had said what I wanted to spend. Looks like a manager would want to help but from what I seen they are behind closed glass doors with a sign that's says employees only.
I bought a gently used 2014 Nissan Rogue Select from this dealership and experienced nothing but problems and rude management. They did not fill the fluids, they did not replace the broken console lid that was worn and rattling, they didn't give me a manual, they didn't get me a spare key, the windshield wipers were worn and streaking. I locked my key in my car and had to spend 60 dollars to open it and retrieve my keys, now it will cost me 150 dollars to get a spare cut and programmed. Why sell a car without a spare?
So rude. I would never go there again.
I just wanted to thank the smart aleck sales manager that dealt with us today, for his advise. After almost 2 hours of dealing with a very pleasant woman with bright red hair, the sales manager came out of his office and told me to take my business elsewhere. He offered me half of the Kelley Blue Book values on my 2 trade ins. When we told him that we had been given trade in values that were over twice what he offered at 3 other dealers, he accused the other dealers of playing games and that we should go deal with them.
He will be glad to know that we will be buying a car from someone other than Hunter Nissan and I doubt that he will ever see us again.

I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue. The experience was very pleasant. Everyone was patient professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend purchasing here.
DROVE FOR OVER AN 1 HOUR AND A HALF TO BE TOLD WE COULDN'T GET A CAR! MY HUSBAND HAD RECEIVED EMAILS FOR 2 MONTHS TO COME GET A CAR. HE EMAILED BEFORE GOING MAKING SURE HE WAS APPROVED BEFORE WE WASTED OUR TIME AND MONEY GOING TO GET ONE. THEY SAID SENT BACK REPLY THAT HE WAS APPROVED. WHAT A JOKE THESE PEOPLE ARE!!!!! DO YOU GET OFF ON TURNING PEOPLE DOWN??? I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. EVER!!!
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The sales guy that we dealt with was Patrick. He was awesome. My credit is not the best, but we walked away with a car. I told him my budget and what I was looking for. He came back and offered me something better than what I was expecting. Made sure I was fine with everything and had me in the car in no time. Jason the finance guy was pretty informative too. Jeremy, the manager made sure that we were well taken care of from the moment that we sat down until we left. I am definitely coming back here for my next vehicle. You still have to stay firm to what you can and cannot do, but I will say that these guys will definitely work with you. I cannot stress enough how awesome this experience was!!
I had previously left a negative review because I was having trouble contacting someone about questions I had about the payoff on a car I had traded. I spoke with the GM Phil Yaeger a couple of weeks ago and he answered all the questions I had and resolved the issue. He is a great asset to this company. And the salesman (David Folsom) that that sold me my 2017 Murano is a very good salesman and I would definitely recommend him to anyone and I will be contacting him when I am ready to purchase again. Thanks again for everything Hunter Nissan.
I had a great experience buying my first new car. The guys there really know how to help and make you feel at home as much as they can especially Patrick Maynor, good guy. Thanks to them I now have a reliable car to look forward to everyday.
I worked with David Folsom who was absolutely amazing. He worked very hands on with me and was very positively personal and and easy to relate to. He truly and genuinly wanted to help me the best way that he could. Everyone in the buying process made it a very enjoyable experience for me.
We went to Hunter Nissan to buy our first new car, and the experience was great. The staff were all very friendly, especially Patrick Maynor who helped us through the process. The process was quick, for car-buying, and he made it very simple. The service was outstanding and we would definitely go here again to buy another car. Great job!
Jordan Patton worked quickly, efficiently, and positively to make a previously dreaded, lengthy and aggravating experience into one that I wish to share with everyone who sees my new Jeep!
Jordan, I wish you the best. I hope you will still be selling vehicles by the time I need a new one, but you seem destined for bigger and better things! Thank you for being a considerate and attentive sales person and just doing an all around great job!
Need a vehicle? Here's your professional.
ps: the staff was great too!
Well first off we were greeted at the door and by our salesman Nick. Nick is a well mannered young man with great personality. Nick presented Hunter Nissan with down right professionalism. We were introduced to the floor manager,, Jason and he also is very professional. They both went to bat and worked hard as did the Hunter Nissan team and to the point, we were off to Financing to whom we met, yet another extremely professional. Looking forward, in the near future to purchase an SUV or crossover for my wife.
I had a wonderful experience. Jordan Patton was very helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicles. I wasn't sure what I wanted or what would have enough growing room for my son, and she knew exactly what to put me in. It's nice to go to a dealership and not feel rushed or pushed. And she definitely was very caring. I'd recommend her to anyone that needs a new vehicle.
