Great service from Chris. They are fast and efficient. They were out of the tires I wanted so they gave me the next step up at no extra cost. I highly recommend this place!

Bought a new set of fairly expensive tires and immediately noticed my handling was off, took it back a few weeks later and they said there was nothing wrong. Three months later I get a tire rotation and my car starts pulling hard to the left whenever I accelerate. Test of the tires by my mechanic showed one was defective, as I originally suspected. Now I'm stuck claiming what's left on the warranty and paying another install charge for their garbage tires, along with waiting two hours again. Terrible experience.

Went in for 4 new rims. Found out I needed 2 new tires. If it was not for Chris Apple I would have been without a car till I could come up with the money for the tires.Thank you so much.

Great store, very good staff. I had some issues with the stores in Raleigh balancing the tires correctly. They got it right first time. One of the better discount tire stores I've been too.

I came in to get 4 new tires after getting the runaround at the dealership. Bruce really helped me out! He quoted me a price different from what I got online, but quickly corrected it, saying that the difference was the warranty which i could pay for another time. He also explained that I didn't need an alignment (like the dealership told me), I just needed to get pressure checked regularly and get my tires rotated every 5000 miles. I wasn't treated differently for being female and was respected and treated fairly! I will definitely be coming back!

The store manager, Tanner sets the tone for his store by demonstrating consistent professionalism and stellar customer satisfaction! He was patient with my many questions and concerns regarding the safest tires for a comfortable ride, while reasonably priced given the age of the vehicle.

Friendly experts willing to work within your budget while being honest about where "cutting corners" financially makes sense and where it does not. No pressure sales and time and time again has gone the extra mile. Truly can't recommend these folks enough. Thanks!

I got an alarm on my car that I had low tire pressure..i looked and had a screw in a tire I live in Black Mountain and no local tire place was open on Saturday(not good business practice for a tire store) I called Discount Tire and they said come on I had never been here but was treated like a lifelong customer. They plugged my tire in about 10-12 minutes and charged me $0 . They have earned a new customer. Thank you!!!

Customer service was great.
With an appointment a brief consultation, balance and installation of 4 tires, etc was under about 45 minutes.
They made it very easy to compare what options they have in stock, and can order, allowing the customer to make an informed decision and now we have improved grip and the quietest ride we have had in years.

Undoubtedly the best service and value I have ever received from a tire dealer. I've bought 3 sets of four tires from them in the last year and each purchase was a pleasant experience, zero hassle. Well worth the 100 mile round trip I make to buy here!

The day my husband and I went there to order tires the service was fast quick and friendly, the sales rep said rims would take to 2 to 3 days, it took a week. They didn't callback for a tracking number on the rims like they said they would after my husband called they didn't know that my rims were here until my husband called 2 hours after my I did so we left the house and went to the store walked in showed an invoice and they said it will be done shortly . We have watched people come in from buying tires to to getting rotation to a simple fix a flat and my rims are still in the box in the corner of the garge and we have sat here for 2 hours watching people come and go and they haven't done anything. My husband thought about getting his truck done here now he is seriously reconsidering.

Came here for the first time for a simple flat fix due to a screw. I was amazed by the quick service at no cost. I decided to come back when I needed a set of tires, I dealt with Tanner, who was extremely professional and very helpful in making a decision in which I know next to nothing about. Today I am back once again with another tire with a small sidewall tear and a screw. Turns out the warranty is still available for use and Tanner one again put me back on the road with minimal cost. Every time I come to this establishment I am extremely impressed. Thank you Tanner and the rest of the crew.
