My experience with Fred Anderson Nissan was great! While most people enjoy car shopping, I do not. Price negotiating and dealing with pushy sales people is stressful. My cousin suggested that I go see Sam Hartman and I’m so glad he did! Sam was kind, professional and knowledgeable. Sam worked with me on payments/financing and made sure I was completely satisfied with my Rogue. He even texted me a couple days after I bought my car to check in. Sam is truly an asset to Fred Anderson.

I always get great service at Fred Anderson, the service manager Jennifer Kendall is great. She always greet you with a smile and she is very attentive to your every needs concerning your vehicle. Salesman Sam Hartman rocks! I have dealt with quite a few salesmen lately who have left me disgusted in how they talk to you like you have no clue how buying and trading cars work, especially being a woman. Trading cars, you pretty much always lose, but Sam really worked with me and I feel like got as good of a deal as I would get anywhere. This is my second vehicle purchase through this dealership and this same salesman. I would definitely go back.

We were in the area on vacation with our three children, we drove from CT! A day before we were supposed to leave our compressor went and we had no AC! We brought it to them! Literally took us that moment, and had the compressor put on within but hours! Great price too! It doesn't stop there! We went to leave the next morning and found a nail in our tirethis trip just wasn't going as planned. But we came back they fixed it no problem! Then changed the air filter and did our back brakes! Great price and so quick! They gave the kids stuff to play with and do as well! Everyone was so friendly and great! I actually joke with my husband about bringing our car there yearly for services hahaha !
Thank you Nissan! You've been the best experience we've had with the company all around!

I drive all the way from Raleigh (4 hour trip) to get a vehicle and then back to Raleigh just for their Customer Service. Everyone was so nice and helpful but especially Zach and Zaine. Jennifer Kendall, is always fast and friendly. All of the staff is top of the line. Friendly and helpful, professional and attentive. The service department works hard to get your car done in a timely manner and they do excellent work. I would recommend this service department to anyone. I bring my Nissan Sentra here as well as my Honda Accord, I wouldn't take them anywhere else.
