  The most unbelievable terrible experience i have ever had dealing with a collision repair shop. Refused to do the work on the vehicle. Took 6 days just to get an estimate. Advertised that they had 'free' towing whereas they charged me for the tow. Truly a shame that Insurance companies would endorse this facility. Everyone, do yourself a favor a ban this facility. Mark is a jerk.

  Did business with FM in 2009 and immediately thought of FM when I need car body repair. Fortunate that they partner with Geico - still a very good experience.

  The collision specialist that assisted me, Katie, was very professional and easy to deal with. The repair was done well and my car was washed and cleaned when I picked up. I would recommend them!

  I used Fender Mender as they were the Geico Express recommended provider. My experience was very positive. It was easy to make the appointment, my service advisor was prompt and extremely knowledgeable and easy to understand. My car was beautifully repaired and delivered in the time frame and under estimate. I particularly would like to compliment the office staff - they were incredibly polite and helpful.
  
  Obviously, I hope I don't need Fender Menders again anytime soon, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
