Hands down the best car shopping experience ever. These guys work so hard and go out of their way to ensure you get the best deal possible. Honestly I can’t say enough, I will be buying my cars from here for now on. Don’t expect the stereotypical salesmen, these guys rock!

Excellent service department! I had bought a used car that had some complicated issues and Mark Bohlen went above and beyond to make sure the car was serviced properly and at a great cost. He made himself available and returned calls within 1 hour. Excellent experience each time over the past 9 years! Highly recommend!

1st new car I purchased since 2010 was my 2017 HR-V in late August and I love it. Price was competitive and the experience was a good one. Best of all my sales consultant Brad Singer was a pleasure to deal with. I was so happy I just purchased a pre-owned 2015 Civic for my son at a great price with a similarly good experience. This Dealer comes highly recommended by someone who is tough to please!

We just purchased a 2015 Honda Pilot yesterday.
Kayla Pack took the time to help us make our decision!
She treated us with the utmost respect, and made sure that our kids were comfortable as well.
We traded our truck in, and she took the time to find a bracket to put on the front of the Pilot in order to transfer my husband's Dallas Cowboys license plate over to it! The little things mean so much!

My husband and I came in 2 hours before closing on a Sunday to look at the CR-V and Pilot. We were politely greeted by Devon Nichols who got to know us on a personal level and treated us as if he had known us for years. Not only did Devon display exponential professionalism and vehicle/company knowledge, he also acknowledged and respected our hesitations and our "just looking" mentality which is rare to come by in this situation. Devon also showed a refreshing and necessary amount of humility and genuine interest in his job and professional development by asking his supervisors and co-workers questions when he was unsure of how a part of the system worked, since he is new to the company. You would never guess he was fresh on staff. The only reason we knew he was is because he told us himself. Transparency is hard to come by these days and Devon showed much of it while we worked with him. He has an awesome personality for this job position and also possesses a highly desirable amount of self motivation. He went above and beyond for my husband and I despite having to be there 2 hours after closing and answering all of our random questions. We walked out very pleased and stress free with our brand new 2017 Honda Pilot thanks to Devon. You will be in great hands if you work with him during your visit at Hendrick Honda of Charleston!

We have been emailing/texting back and forth with Kayla Pack for about a week. She worked us up a deal for an out the door price that we thought was too good to be true. We went Friday night to give our local Honda dealership another chance since we have bought 7 cars from them. Not only could they not make the deal they never even tried to call us to get us back in the door. So yesterday despite weather we drove the 2hrs to Charleston to Hendrick Honda and met Kayla. She had the car ready for us, everything in the system and the price out the door was true. Kayla and the rest of the Hendrick team was by far the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. So now I finally have my white Honda Civic with black interior �

Couldn't have been less pleased to service my Honda Fit here. I had been returning to have service at this location since they were always on time and kept me in the loop. Today- I brought in my vehicle for an appointment at 2pm for new tires and 30k maintenance check. I was told I would receive a call after the vehicle was inspected and to help make any further decisions. After waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes, I called the service department. I was told my rep (Keri) would call me back, but that my vehicle was currently being inspected. She didn't. After another 30 minute wait, I called back. This time I spoke with Keri and was told my car hadn't even begun the inspection process, despite previously being told it was already started. I returned to pick up my vehicle, untouched at 4:11pm. It wasn't until I arrived at the service department that my car was brought back and inspected. After another 1 hour and 15 minute wait, we settled on two tires and the 30k maintenance fluid changes. I won't be returning to this location again.

Had a great experience there the other day. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. I truly felt like we were valued customers. From the folks in the service department to the gentleman in the parts department. Great place!

In all honesty, everyone at Hendrick Honda is exceptional. I found exactly the car I wanted right off the bat but I was pushed for time because I had to catch a flight at Charleston International. Everyone worked hard to get all my paperwork done so I could get out on time. It was like I was dealing with ole friends because of their sincere and friendly attitude. Start to finish, buying from Hendrick Honda of Charleston was actually enjoyable.

I dread car buying. However this experience was quick and painless. The crew at Hendrick Honda Charleston are awesome. Savannah was my sales associate. She is knowledgeable, understanding, courteous and we even shared a few laughs. The selection at Honda is great. I walked away with a reliable car that works within my budget. This is my second car from Hendrick Honda. Highly recommended them.

Great service with a smile - mostly mine. They took a couple hundred dollars off my bill as "good will" because my extended 7-year warranty expired two months before the A/C went out. They may be reimbursed by Honda corporate but who cares? I didn't even know it was possible to ask for it.

I'm currently Active Military and I had issues due to my low income trying to get a loan from my bank so I came in to see what they could do and they were the absolute best!! They were kind and friendly during the entire time and I came out with a car!! I got approved for a loan and was able to customize it to my standards and I cannot be more thrilled!! I absolutely recommend them for first time buyers and active military looking for a car!!!

FIRST CAR BUYER: This is by far the best HONDA dealership I've been to. Before I even got out the car I could see all these sales associates were coming to work and provide the most outstanding customer service! They immediately greeted my aunt and I. Getting straight to the point we were paired with Brad, a very knowledgeable Honda expert in my opinion. He was able to immediately tell me everything that the Honda Civic that I had my eye on came with. Brad was very attentive to every want that I had in a vehicle & was able to match me the very first vehicle he showed me. By this time I was amaze, by me traveling from Savannah, Ga surpassing several dealers near me who I'd had terrible experiences with, Brad hit it right on the nail the FIRST TIME. When it came to my budget Andrew the Sales Manager worked with me and got me in my dream Honda. This team at Hendricks was OUTSTANDING. When I came back to purchase unfortunately Brad wasn't able to come in to close due to him being sick but he still checked in with me making sure my actual buying experience went as smoothly as possible. Just when I thought that the personalities here at Hendricks couldn't get any better , they paired me with Ryan. He was so cool and laid back but highly professional at the same time! He assisted me with picking the color for my car and walked me step by step on how everything in my new civic! I'm so grateful for this wonderful first buyers experience! Absolutely amazing place to get a new car in Charleston!
I recently moved to Charleston with my husband about a month ago. And we were looking for a car for me. I am very new to driving and don't have much knowledge about cars.
We did a lot of online research and checked other dealerships, but Devon Kesller at Honda Hendrick was most helpful and knowledgeable person we ever met.
We weren't picky for a car at all, all we needed to find was "super safe and red car".
Devon was not hesitating to tell and lead us to the perfect car.
After all paperwork done, Devon dropped the car off to our apartment for us too.

This was an awesome experience! Ryan was great! He totally turned one of the worst experiences in car buying completely around! We came to honda from a different dealership, after receiving the worst customer service at the previous dealership. Ryan completely took care of us! He was so knowledgeable and extremely personable as well. I would highly recommend Ryan to handle all your car buying needs! Very impressed! Hendrick Honda was awesome! Thank you guys so much!!
