Hesitant but decided to try AAA and Mike Budan, service, to work on my truck. Will not hesitate to take it back for future service and repairs. They stood behind their work and gave me accurate timelines for the service. Nice job. Facility is nice and very accommodating.

Absolutely horrible service. Tried to charge me $1700.00 to fix my left rear turn signal. Told me my fuse box was fried. I ask well how is it that everything else was working fine if the fuse box is fried. Mike says everything is not working. I said it was working when I brought the car here

Came at shop with a tire puncture and no appointment. Desk was very helpful and someone took care of us in the next 1/4h.

Even suggested to replace an old plug that was not looking so good with the better fixing solution they had.

They put replacement wheel back in the car even with stuff we had in boot, and all that for free.

Drove back to Massachusetts with no problem.

Thanks guys for reassuring experience during vacations!!!!

Arrived with "Check Engine" light lit. Authorized a $99 check of the systems. The mechanics checked and determined there was no real problem except perhaps a loose gas cap. They sent us on our way with no charge at all. Having just bought a place at Folly Beach, I'll be back any time I have any issue with my car. Have been a member of AAA for years and always satisfied with their service.
