I have used Fast Fix on close to a half a dozen items from a Rolex Submariner to a gold shank on a ring replacement to a garden clock. Each time I have used them they're done an excellent job for me. Always with a fair quote, completed for the price of the quote and within the time frame they gave me, with exceptional quality work. I can't say anything but good things about the company and the personnel. I plan to continue using them

I don't live here in AZ, just visiting. My necklace broke, I took it in and I am very happy! It was about an hour wait which was totally fine considering it's in a mall, you can most definitely kill time very fast! The employees are very helpful and friendly. Establishment was also super clean. Great price!

The guys at fast fix were amazing. So nice and super fast. I had them size my brand new ring that I had only had for a few hours and I thought I needed a specific size which they sized it to and when I came back in just one short hour it was finished. I ended up needing a smaller size so the guy offered to resize it again and did it for free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I brought in several jewelry items received from my family estate for cleaning and evaluation today. I worked with Angela who was very thorough in explaining what could be done for each piece. She also gave me a general idea of the value of some of the pieces and all were cleaned beautifully! I highly recommend their quality service!

I took 3 watches into get new batteries only 1 was working correctly after receiving the new battery. The other 2 would not stay running I contacted Fast Fix Jewelry and with no questions ask me to bring them back in.
After 2 days they called me and said they are keeping time and ready to be picked up. I was expecting to pay for some repairs and that was not the cases no charge at all. They told me they just needed some cleaning and lubricant and no charge. When they sit for a long time with a dead battery that is what's needed. To be honest I was skeptical to bring my nice watches there, but they proved me wrong and now have me for life! Thank You

The location at Arrowhead was well staffed, but customers still waiting. They were overpriced and didn't do everything that was requested. I will not recommend them to others nor return for future services.

I have a custom wedding ring set but my hands have been swelling and I needed it sized up. The gentleman here had to add in a little gold to do so and he did a FANTASTIC job matching the design. I was very impressed! He also sized up and polished a second ring (silver) and I couldn't be happier with the results. So happy I went here!

I haven't been to fast facts and quite a few years but apparently a lot has changed. I was greeted by a friendly staff and they made everything so simple and easy for me. They even called me when it was done and it was earlier than expected. I am bringing some other stuff in this week just because I was so pleased. Let me tell you they have done a complete 360 from years ago when I visited.
Now I don't have to dread going there. I actually am looking forward to it since they are so helpful.

Excellent and speedy service! They know their stuff. Been going here for over 15 yrs and never let down. Just today got new batteries in 2 different brand watches, done under 20 minutes. Boom! Highly recommend this service.

I had to take my wedding ring off for a MRI. It hadn't been off in 44 years. I almost didn't get it off due to arthritic knuckle. My finger turned purple prior to getting it off.

I knew I needed to get it resized to put it back on safely. I only needed to go one size larger, so Fast-Fix was able to get it done that same day and for a reasonable price. I have my wedding ring back on in time for Valentine's Day! Thank you, Fast Fix Jewelry!

Great place to get anything made fixed or cleaned!!! I went there to get a watch fixed, while we waited one of the gentleman there offered to clean my wife's ring for free while we waited. They also converted a nice neck chain that I had into a wallet chain. The employee's have always been very good at getting things done in a timely manner and polite. I read some of the other reviews on here and noticed some people gave one star manly because of the pricing. Being a person that buys a lot of jewelry, this place has more then reasonable prices!!!! Go to any other jeweler and see if you can find a better price at better customer service and quality!!! It won't happen and if you do, then remember. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! Thank you to all the guys over there for all your quality and friendly service. I'll definitely be going back.

This is the third piece of jewelry I have trusted with the fine folks at Fast-Fix. As usual the workmanship was superb. But this time it was a little different. This bracelet meant so much more. This bracelet was my mother's who had recently died of leukemia. My father had been wearing it. The kind people at Fast-Fix got the bracelet done early so I could return it to my dad even sooner than expected. Thank you.
