This hotel's greatest asset is location, location, location. It is mere blocks away from central Times Square! Pros: It is clean, and every staff member I came across was cordial. The complimentary breakfast offered each morning was decent. You get a bunch of choices: bread, bagels, waffles, coffee -style cakes, cereal, oats, yogurts, fruit, even sausage & eggs. The eggs aren't anything to write home about, but they're warm. Beverages are great: 5 different juices, milk, hot cocoa, teas, and they boast Starbucks Coffee as their house served (which it is, and it's fabulous). The beds were warm and comfortable! Cons: You will wait forever for an elevator!! Literally 15 minutes most times. 6 people fit inside (uncomfortably), and there are 30+ floors. While there, one elevator was out of service. Also, you will need to valet park your car of you drive $$$. The elevator and parking were the reasons for 4/5 stars. I would stay again.

For the price pretty damm good. Good view from the room and nice bed. Breakfast was typical American fare (take from that what you will). Fitness center was on the smaller size but all the equipment was new.

We stayed in room 1801. The rooms are typical small New York size accommodations. The room was very clean. The breakfast area was bussed consistently. There was an good selection of foods. The bellhop was very friendly and helpful. He stored our bags at check out and helped with taxis and directions. The staff was very pleasant to deal with. I used the Marriott app to check in. The room was ready on our arrival. The hotel even provided ear plugs for street noise. Excellent stay.

Clean, attractive, & organized! Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and not noisy at all. Breakfast was crowded on the weekend, but was very organized and well stocked. Close to transportation and sights. Would absolutely return!

Small elevators, always full or cramed. Had to wait for three elevators till I could fit in (I'm not overweight). Seem only 2 out of 3 were in service. And the smell of sewage when you walk outside the hotel (everytime).

Incredible location (near Times Square/Hell's Kitchen). The staff was incredible helpful and accommodating.
There's a rooftop bar which closes at 12m on weekdays and 2am on weekends.
Highly recommended place especially if you're only around for a weekend trip.
Train ride from JFK airport is 50 min.

The service was great. I managed to snag the last room available. The halls were small, but that wasn't too bad, as there was only 6 rooms on our floor. But my only complaint was that the the TV we had was weird. The color balance and sharpness were off, and I couldn't adjust it. The proximity to the tourist spots was the most appealing aspect of the hotel. The breakfast was icing on the cake. I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is awesome!! The rooms are very nice and it has a cool sky room at the top!! The hotel is around every thing and the breakfast is good!! I definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Manhattan and looking for a nice hotel!! The views from rooms are amazing!! It is a tiny bit expensive.

Staff were really great - we were impressed by how they handled crowds from the marathon. Breakfast is good with little wait time. Rooms are comfy and very clean - hotel is very quiet with just a couple rooms on each floor. Convenient for most of Manhattan. Would stay here again.

Very friendly and competent service. Rooms but clean, comfortable and well equipped (TV with Netflix option etc.). Room service was great too, room was cleaned every day and two water bottles provided. Breakfast can be crowded, so be there early. As a European it was also odd to me to be served the breakfast on paper plates and plastic cups as well as plastic forks and so on. But I guess that's part of the American experience, eh ? Other than that, it was alright. The selection was okay, fresh fruit, eggs, sausages, bacon, bagels, toast, waffles, cereal. I was missing vegetables and in general some "healthy" options. That's the only reason I removed a star, other than that, the location and everything else is perfect. Close to the subway too!
