Everything is good except key cards. They cannot be used to open the room door. I need to go down to ask the receptionist to unlock the key.
The place to stay if visiting new York. Mid town and just a Stine throw away from time square and easy commute to everything. We had the balcony suite fab spot to people watch. Staff friendly and helpful and kids got free cooked bought to three eoom everyday :)
The City Club accommodated a friends last minute reservations when an Airb&b fell through. The room is beautiful and spacious! The staff is not only helpful, but extremely friendly. We will always come back to City Club from now on, even when there are cheaper Airb&b options available.
Amazing rooms, we were able to get the family room to insure we were all together. Front desk staff was always very helpful with recommendations of where to go, and what to do. Great place over all, and will always be our go-to when we return.
This was my first visit to NYC. This hotel was awesome! Far enough away from the main strips to be quiet but close enough to the action that we could walk to everything. The bed was comfortable, the design of the room was flawless and the view of the street and buildings below we're pretty cool. I would definitely stay here again. It was the best priced hotel with a high rating that we could find.
We stayed for an overnight adventure in New York. The location was just enough off the path to be quiet but close enough to be within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Loved everything from the comfortable beds to the morning room service before our departure. Will recommend.
Great location at a fair price. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and surprised us by bring warm chocolate chip cookies to our room after check-in. The robe and bidet were a nice touch.
When my flight got cancelled I had to find a place last minute to stay, and I got a great rate at the City Club Hotel (around $150 including taxes). It was v centrally located, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the room was decently sized and clean. All in all a very pleasant experience.
Great location, rooms were small but clean, friendly staff.
I booked this hotel room on Priceline which showed 4 star on Priceline. They transferred me to a very little hotel without letting me know in ahead, with tiny bed( a full size bed for two adults) in a tiny room. Save money!
Small but very nice hotel, they are very friendly and offer you any help you need. Rooms are nice and quiet, very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in the center of Manhattan 300 meters from times Square
The hotel is fantastic. One of the best I've ever stayed at. The only complaints I have are that there was no microwave and no coffee machine. The rooms are great and the bathrooms are fantastic. It's also in a good location. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. We ran into one in the metro and he offered us help and told us where we needed to go to get to our destination. Great hotel.
