Great hotel in the middle of everything. Friendly staff, well-equiped kitchenettes. Minus one star because if you call the front desk for coffee, etc., it was an hour wait.
The rooms are nice and clean. Great staff and perfect location. Thak you all!
My hotel stay was $530 a night and here are the issues I had. I have spoken with management about the below problems, or rather, they have answered one email and then stopped answering me. I told Them how unhappy I was and they just brushed it off. I stayed here for 24 hours and here are the issues I had:
-On check in no one was at the desk. After 5 minutes a woman showed up, didn’t acknowledge me, and when I finally said I was checking in, gave me a dirty look, said “ID and credit card”, took my info, gave me a room key, and walked off. NO internet explanation, nothing about the convenience store, all she said was ID AND CREDIT CARD
-Maintenance worker knocks on door, wont go away until I let him in, and tells me he has to paint my room. When I object, he argues with me (this was 5 minutes after checking in) until I finally have to kick him out. This was just the start
-My room was DISGUSTING. There was a layer of dust a quarter inch thick
-MY bathroom was so crammed you couldn’t use the facilities and close the door. The shower would NOT GIVE HOT WATER, my towels were DIRTY, my sink was dirty.
-My heater either didn’t work, or kicked on and blew out heat at 100 degrees (I had it set to 70). It was EXTREMELY loud and banged and clunked around.
-All appliances were dented and dirty, I would never put food in the fridge which smelled like rotting meat
-2 outlets didn’t work
-The staff was generally rude and standoffish
-The elevator was wet and sticky. How it could be both I have no idea but you seemed to accomplish it
Close to main locations like times square.. since it's a suite it's bigger than normal rooms in NYC.. all amenities available like fridge ..Microwave.. stove.. utensils.. etc
Thank you so much Solomon, you are so professional, knowledgeable, patient and your help should not go unnoticed. Amsterdam court disappointed us and you made us smile again. Sincerely , much thanks to you for all of your help.
The woman at the front desk was far from helpful and there's a weird smell in the rooms, but other than that it was fine.
Upgraded me to hotel next door for being a platinum member. Got top floor. Everything was clean and the breakfast was great.
Great hotel. Wonderful location. Helpful staff. I would definitely stay again.
Conveniently located near the 42nd Street station. Within walking distance from Times Square and major Broadway theaters. The front desk was so accommodating, especially Jobie. Perfect for anyone visiting the city for tourism or theatre purposes.
Stayed for trade show at Javits Center. Very close and convenient. A lot of food and activity in surrounding neighborhood. A clean quiet hotel in a busy city. Great staff. Good amenities. Mini kitchen saves time and money.
Linens needed to be replaced as they were worn and had holes in places. However the room was quiet, the staff was friendly and the room was clean.
Great staff. Great location. Top quality services. Loved my stay. Thank you 😀
Amazing!!! The rooms were the best part. A full kitchen, TV, the right size bed for two, and a nice size bathroom. The people at the service desk were so so nice and respectful. Definitely would come there again.
Great service. Housekeeping available 3 times a week. Free wifi. Studio like rooms, it has a kitchen so you are able to make your own food as well. Heating/AC. Cable. Paid parking. Wheelchair accessible. Lovable staff especially most of the housekeeping crew props to Teresa and Jacqueline from housekeeping.
Reasonable price for NYC. Room is nice with a small but fully functional kitchen. Bed and bathroom are very nice if not spectacular.
Hotel even offers games and blenders to borrow in the lobby. Will definitely consider staying again.
