My now wife and I stayed here when we came up to get married in NYC. The hotel is in a great location, right beside Times Square. The staff has gone above and beyond for us. They've helped make reservations, they've given recommendations, they even gave us a free bottle of congratulatory champagne. When we visit the city again, we'll definitely be staying here.

This is a really fantastic place to stay, staff very friendly breakfast included plus when you need time out come back to the relaxing lounge where you will have a free cuppa waiting for you. Most definitely will be back again.

I come to NYC a couple of times a year to see some shows and I've always stayed in a hotel in the theater district. I've been looking for a hotel like this, in my price range, for twenty years. I loved this hotel. It felt intimate.The staff members were all five star, friendly and responsive to my requests. My room was large for a NYC hotel in this price range and I loved the Moroccan theme with its really lovely tile work. My room was very clean as the other parts of the hotel that I saw. The bed was comfortable, the continental breakfast was very nice. My only disappointments were the smaller TV and that a basic room doesn't come with a tub. Even so, the excellent service, location and price in this cozy hotel will make this my choice for future visits to NYC.

Central location by times square. Very good and knowledgeable staff at the front desk. Free sparkling wine and cheeses and snacks in the afternoon at "Rock's Cafe upstairs one flight from entrance. A decent value for the price.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, making you feel welcome as soon as you enter the lobby! The rooms are a good size and have plenty of amenities. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and would stay here again!

Everything about it was inviting. Friendly staff who put our comfort first.

Rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast and happy hour afford you many wonderful conversations with other guests and the warm staff if you so choose. A great little hotel Close to Times Square
Very welcoming and helpful staff.
The hotel is only a few yards from Times Square a very convenient location.
The rate includes continental breakfast together with refreshments available throughout the day and best of all cheese and wine served between five and eight every evening any in a very comfortable lounge called Rics Cafe
I stayed for one night in March on way home from Florida with my wife and will certainly stay again when next visiting New York
Whilst only small it provides all the amenities you need

This is the fifth time we have stayed at the Casablanca Hotel.
When you think things can't get better, but they do here, many of the staff remembering us from previous visits and treating as long lost friends, infact it is all down to their professionalism, the doormen, concierge,receptionists,house staff and all who serve breakfast and wine and cheese on an evening.
A big thank you from myself and Christine for making our stay so good again keep up the good work you all are a credit to the Library collection of hotels.

“Couple 4 day winter break”
Made very welcome. This hotel is so comfortable and a home from home. Love the fact breakfast and all day tea coffee eto there for you to help yourself. In the evening wine and cheese also included. Beds very comfortable. Staff so helpful.
