Very clean. Very pleasant staff. Very quiet. Set back away from the highway so it seems like it is "In a neighborhood ". Yet still very easy to get to.

I generally have a high opinion of Fairfield units, but this stay was merely up the middle of the road. The beds were nice, but the hotel was on the older side. A strange odor (not bad, just odd) filled the room. At 230 in the morning our smoke detector started to chirp. I held my breath and hit the "clear" button, expecting it to go wild, but thankfully it went silent. Breakfast was OK, but nowhere near great. The coffee gets a C-. It certainly wasn't the smoother stay, but the room was clean, which is always the most important to me, and that keeps the overall rating passable, despite the lost slumber.

The staff at that location are beyond exceptional!!! The rooms are always 5 star quality, and the free hot breakfast is always fresh and delicious!

Decent location, pretty clean. Breakfast is very good. Builing is a little worn. We had a poor seal around the shower and water got on the floor; towel took care of it. A/c needs a tune up. Bed was nice. Would stay again.

Its clean, the staff are very friendly. I would give more stars but service based on pay could be better they want approximately 140 a night plus tax and at the end of the day I have stayed in nicer for less! The breakfast is great if u want cereal or oatmeal, if your expecting eggs bisquits gravy bacon or even done sausage this is not the breakfast for u

The staff was very nice and the hotel was in a good location, walking distance to good restaurants right on the river. The breakfast was sub-par, the eggs texture had a powder consistency, stuck with oatmeal every other day which was decent. The maid service was inconsistent, some days the curtains were open other days not, they didn't refill the toilet paper when it was down to one sheet. I got back to my room one day and the humidity was at 75% in the room because the dehumidifier was full, so I had to empty that myself. The bottom of the tubs are slanted so it's hard to stand in them to shower. I won't be staying here again.

Clean, hot water (which has been an issue for me in recent hotel stays), standard issue Marriott breakfast. Requested no turn down service to pick up extra 250 pts a day, came back and room was serviced we'll see if I still get the points. Nice part of town, plenty of restaurants. It I also within walking distance of the falls of the ohio State park, where Lewis and Clark met to begin their westward journey. There is also a fossil bed at the same site. All around pleasant.

We stayed here for two nights for a basketball tournament. The breakfast was good, not great. They gave us the use of a meeting room, which was nice. It was nice having a pool for the boys. The hotel has easy access to the free bridge to get to Louisville. My only complaint was the room size with the King Suite. Once the small pull out couch was made into the bed, there was no real way to walk through. That's not a deal killer though. If you want a great hotel near downtown Louisville, this is it. Plus, it was east to walk to bridge to get to the YUM Arena.

Stayed March 2017, traveled with family

Nice place to stay. Clean rooms, easy to get to, staff was nice. Parking was an extra 15$/night though. One of our nights the parking lot was 100% full. We had to go the the overflow lot about 2 blocks away which wasn't easily identified. Breakfast in the morning was good. Enjoyed our stay overall.
