My review on this hotel is mixed. It was in a very awkward location, but you could walk to Subway, Restaurant Row easily. The rooms were fairly updated which gave them the appearance of being clean, but they were not cleaned thoroughly. I have noticed this to be a trend in many hotels I have stayed in, in the state of Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Not sure why? There were some sketchy characters staying at this hotel that made me feel unsafe at times. This hotel had a nice studio apartment feel and that was nice. Everyday, I would smell cigarette smoke throughout the hotel at different times. That was gross! The pool is very small. The front desk service was very good. Very polite people. I enjoyed walking to the Big Four Bridge and Fishermans Wharf. Cluckers is a good restaurant. If the hotel could get a better handle on housekeeping and keep it cleaner and also market to families, it would be a much better place to stay.

Very enjoyable stay. They were remodeling parts when we were there. There wasn't much there for breakfast, but it was nice to have afforablevrooms there so close to Louisville.

Very good front desk staff. Rooms are nothing fancy but adequate. Would stay here again.

Room and kitchen are great. The pool and fitness room aren't worth using. The breakfast is included, but minimal with nowhere to actually eat. They are pet friendly though, so singles or couples with animals might really like it here.
