Its full of drug addicts who are awful to their kids, luckily the church steps in and gives the kids food and gifts, and the residents food, the owner is extremely nice but residents are just no good.

Don't ever stay in the one in Clarksville, IN
I seen 20 something roaches in the first 10 minutes I was there. Would not give my money back so I left. Wasn't going to get my money back till I threaten to go public

Arrived at 6pm, stayed fpr 3 hours, I went to lay down and see a translucent bug on my pillow. I rush it to office. I said "I would like to get a refund, and get out of here." They didnt even have a suprised look on their face that I had just brought them a bed bug in their hotel. They inform me, If you stay longer than 15 minutes, NO REFUND. They offered me another room, which I smartly declined. Told me to call back when manager available to request a refund. I am astonished that this place sticks you with a 60 bill after exposing you to bed bugs. I WOULD NOT recommend this place.

Basics amenities, but that's what I was looking for. A place to sleep and clean up in the morning, then head over too Louder than Life. I would stay again.

The place is cheap, clean ,staff is great. Bed were soft, first time I slept great in a long time. Weekly rate are great as well. Room was ckean, everything works, shower with hot water
Would rate higher if I could.

Room was clean but cockroach in sink area. Weekly tenants loud around room. Lot of loud noises thru out days. Plenty of shampoo etc. Towels and such plentiful. Wouldn't stay again amenities aren't enough when bugs and loud guests involved. Sound was gone around ten.

My stay here was relaxing. Staff were sweet, family vacation kinda place, kids played well with other kids. It was a peaceful stayRooms are big and nice and clean, some are being remodeled. I highly recommend if you like a to feel comfortable and treated nicely.

Rooms are clean and well kept. Mini fridge, microwave, TV w/cable or satellite, free HBO, free WiFi (although not a super strong signal in our room) super hot water. Merry card entry door with dead bolt and chain. Cold A/C. King size bed, could have been a bit more comfortable but not bad.

First time back here in over a year. Rooms are nice and renovated. Hotel is a lot quieter. Best Bang for the buck hotel.

I stayed in a double bed room and the room itself was very basic. The TV is from 2 decades ago and had a burn hole on top, there was a roach alive in the room that had to be killed, I was given the room's toilet paper to carry to the room myself, the bed was lop-sided, and the worst of it - a very aggressive, loud, and cursing housekeeper who routinely pounded on all the doors around to get guests out of their rooms. She continued cursing loudly on the sidewalk even with multiple guests standing outside their rooms wondering what all the commotion was. I would not recommend this hotel and would certainly never stay here again. Lesson learned; you get what you pay for.
