We arrived in town early and the staff was super friendly and allowed us to check in very early. The room was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable that i didn't want to get out of bed. Truely loved this stay.

When traveling this is a good place to visit. It has good eating area shopping area and many more to accommodate you why are you in Jacksonville Florida.

No problems with check in. Desk staff were very courteous. Room was cleaned very well. The room was newly painted and updated nicely. The bathroom was clean with adequate towels nicely hung or folded. The kitchenette was appointed very well. There is a laundry on site (free) but you will have to bring your own laundry supplies.

Terrible smell of drugs in the rooms and staff didn't seem to care when notified. Lied to when made reservations as we had a large group of ppl book for our cruise. Was told shuttle was included in price for all 4 of us in one room, was charged 28 dollars extra for shuttle once we arrived. When we asked about what we were reassured of at reservation the desk clerk responded with "reservation line doesn't know anything and they lie to you to get you to make the reservation!" Definitely not good customer service in my opinion

Typical good brand. The staff here is very friendly. Stayed here on points and they gave me the suite upgrade. We were on the run from Hurricane Irma only to find out the next morning it was now on track to come here. They let me cancel the next night without penalty.

I was pleasantly surprised by Candlewood Suites. Had never stayed here before, in fact I had never even heard of them before. Clean, fully functional kitchenette with the utensils and pots provided. Like my timeshare without the beaches and pools. Would definitely look out for them.

They have lockers boxes with self check in when u arrive at night. The lobby is closed. I only got to stay a few hours for rest before I had to hit the road again. The rooms were clean and everything was up to par for an extended stay hotel. The area and the access to the hotel is kind of sketchy but the hotel itself is clean and safe. I did have an issue trying to reach the property over the phone. No one would answer until the 7th attempt.

Nice clean rooms. A/c was very loud and we could hear the people above us walking around. These rooms would not be a good place for light sleepers.

Very clean, free laundry facilities!!! Everything you need for day to day living is here! By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at with accommodations for longer stays!

Great Hotel, Pleasant Stay. Stayed in queen studio suite on lower level. I let them know ahead of time that we would be a late check in. Late check in process was easy and smooth. Hotel easy to get to from I95. The room was clean and comfortable. Liked that it had a full kitchen and spacious enough for my husband and I. Bed was firm, but comfortable. Bedding & pillows were perfect. We met the staff in the morning and they were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
