Nice property. The staff has been very friendly and accommodating. Several restaurants close to the property like Marlow's, California dreaming, Tin Lizzy's, Jim and Nick's, Chikfila.

Good location for nearby companies. Hotel is old and rooms desperately need renovation and cleaning. Breakfast is okay - nothing great to eat but the service is pretty good.

Good location within a mile of shopping and Medieval times. Chick-fil-a within walking distance. Cookies every evening by the counter. Rooms have small microwave and fridge which is great for leftovers. When I had an issue they were quick to resolve it.

My daughter was getting married nearby and we blocked rooms for the wedding. My first experience was with Lisa Lloyd. She had done an amazing job in organizing everything for us. When we had glitches and changes, she happily helped us. I never felt like we were a burden to her. I had called and her emailed her many times and didn’t feel like I was bother. She was quick to respond to anything I asked. She made this area of the planning effortless for me and I had no stress. It was very pleasant. When we checked in the staff was friendly. All throughout our stay, the staff was very accommodating in every area. In the restaurant, we had so many people, that when some ordered at one table, they moved to a different table and the waitresses went with it with a smile the whole time. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone coming into town. All the rooms were very nice and very clean. They were beautiful. It was stress free from the time we arrived to the time we left. After the wedding when we got back to the hotel, it was so nice and easy to just relax and hang with family from all over. Thank you Lisa and staff for making this a wonderful experience for us. ❤️ I can not say enough how much Lisa went out of her way to help me. ❤️

Do not listen to the positive reviews. The staff here was terrible in so many different ways. We arrived last Friday and I had booked/paid for the hotel using Hotwire. The lady at the desk had no idea what she was doing and charged my card even though I had already fully paid for the hotel stay. Had I not checked when we left, I would have been charged twice. During our 4 day stay the staff had coffee out maybe twice. Hilton is known for having coffee at all times in the lobby for guests. Our last night staying at this hotel, the internet was not working and the staff made no effort to fix the problem. Any time we had a problem or question, our inquires were met with hostility and rolled eyes by this staff. We had to stay here due to all other hotels being booked, however there are several hotels in the area that are much better than this one. Please take my advice and do not stay here.

First time staying at this location. We received superior service. Our rooms were clean and the service was amazing. We thank Andrea D and the staff for a wonderful stay and fun time. We look forward to coming back soon.

Bed was very lumpy. Fridge was only able to be set on frozen. Elevator was of questionable quality rooms clean. Breakfast was good but limited. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Very nice! Staff was very helpful, especially Andrea D. So convenient to Infinite Energy Arena plus free shuttle to the arena. My choice of hotels when I go back to a concert there.

Good location very close to I85 and the surrounding conference centers. Good sized rooms kept very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We found all the staff fantastic - from reception to the free shuttle driver. The rooms are lovely, bed comfortable, and the premises nicely maintained. The only let downs are a bar that's not open late, and the cooked breakfasts were hit and miss - we stuck with the extremely well priced continental breakfasts. Overall, a really enjoyable stay.

Solid Hilton property. I left my coat in my room and went back at the end of the day to retrieve it. They had it quickly and with no issues whatsoever. Nice staff.

We are currently in the middle of our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. It is well maintained, the staff is friendly, the beds are comfortable. It is my toddler's first stay in a hotel, and it is going more smoothly than expected, everyone is very friendly. The only comment I have is that I wish the pool had been heated as most indoor pools tend to be (or the room was kept warmer). We've really enjoyed our stay so far!

Nice clean room. Was upgraded as a diamond member. Thank you. Breakfast was smooth easy and good. If I'm ever in the greater Duluth area I'll be back. Loving the southern hospitality.

This hotel is awesome. The rooms are nice. The breakfast is good. Mark, our evening bartender was great! I would definitely recommend this hotel to all travelers. Oh and did I mention the hot tub and indoor pool..fabulous.
